Grass Monkey Lawn Care

I was very impressed at first with the work. I have no problem with the work done. My problem is with owner, Kyle who said one thing and then does another, in short he said his men would be mowing my lawn on this day, and they never showed up. He has done this to me several times. I do not appreciate being lied to. Poor business practice. I think the problem is the way I decided to pay him, and he is unwilling to say he wants to be paid another way. Why will not he just speak up and be truthful if we have a problem. Why lie. Why blow smoke up my nose. My grass is getting long, and he tells me he is sending his men on this day, and they do not show up. If he does not want me as a customer he just has to say so, do not play games.

Bad service not come when they shoukd no courtesy call when it rains job not completed uneven cut and lots of missed spotof edgeing

This has been one of my better picks. These guys do it all, and do it at good rates. Needed my hedges trimmed badly, but their offers were so good that I've hired them for bi-weekly yard service. They also climbed up and cleared by roof for pocket change! Professional, polite, pocket friendly, and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend so far...

had some scheduling problems initially. but once they got on it they knocked it out....I had old bushes removed ang gutters cleaned....

Excellent customer service. I initially wanted just a one time help with the first mowing, edging, hedge trimming and general clean up from the winter s mess; however these guys were fast and thorough. I ended up asking them to come every week. Price is very fair. I recommend them!

Kyle is a great guy and his crew does good work. They are quick but have an eye for detail.

Kyle was very professional and friendly when he came out to bid on trimming my shrubs and large hedge. He was eager to work with a fair price. They did such a great job, I'm going to use them to do my weekly lawn maintenance.

These guys were great! Came out the day I requested this project and gave estimate (which was very fair for how much leaves we had!) and came the next day to clean them up. Very quick and great work. Definitely recommend!

Very reasonable

These guys were great. i have a lot of trees and getting the leaves cleared was a huge job. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely hire them in the future. When I find a company that does what it promised to do at a reasonable price, I keep them. Grass Monkey is my new go-to lawn service.

Kyle contacted me within seconds of posting a request on Home Advisor. He met with me the same day to view the property and provide an estimate. I have a huge lot with lots of trees and it was covered in leaves. Kyle was able to schedule the yard cleanup immediately. After scheduling the work with two different companies who never showed up to do the job I was elated to finally arrive home from work to a clean yard. He did an awesome job! I highly recommend his services!
