Description of Work: The "full sprinkler tuneup" is only for 1/2 hour of time during which they evaluate the system. Then they charge you by the quarter hour for any labor and parts.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment on the company's website for July 12. I received a confirmation email that Kevin Romine would come between 11 and 1. The day before the appointment, I received a reminder email of the upcoming appointment. Friday came and nobody came or called. I was shocked. I called the company twice that afternoon and was sent to email. I left messages both times with my phone number and neither call was returned. I was truly amazed and disappointed that I never heard from the company.

Description of Work: Double Eagle adjusted and checked our sprinkler system. They replaced a broken head, without making an additional charge. Their service was professional and competent. We will use their services again.

Description of Work: Todd arrived on time. He walked all the sprinkler, replaced and extended several heads. He worked hard and quickly.

Description of Work: This review is not just about this particular service date - but more so about what Todd said he would do and I never got a response out of the company. I needed to have a sprinkler head fixed and I had used the company one time before and had a very good experience with the kid that came out. I had asked for him this time and was told he was in college and not working yet..Todd was my repairman this day and he did an fine job as far as performing what needed to be done. But during the course of the visit he suggested I replace some above the ground heads with a drip system which I thought was a great idea and ask him to get me an estimate of what it would cost to do this particular zone. He said it might be a couple days as he was not the guy that would do this type work - but would get to the crew that did and would get back with me. I waited about a week and 1/2 and no word. So I called the company again and told them I was waiting on a proposal and never had heard back from Todd. The gentlemen that answered told me he would get back with me within the hour or at least by the next day. That was about 4 days ago. I guess based on the responsiveness of this company - they have more than they can handle OR DO NOT care about customer service as I had hoped and thought. Thus the reason for me rating my overall experience a "D" - as this very last thing which would have been some nice change for them - left a very sour taste in my mouth! When someone tells me they are going to do something - I expect just that -

Description of Work: Requested service on Friday - possibly no water to the house because backflow system would not turn off the irrigation system. My gardeners corrected the broken pipes and replaced several zone valves. (because this company couldn't come) Wanted this company to verify their correction (gardeners) and maybe replace backflow system. Double Eagle indicated that they were too busy but could come by Monday evening between 5 and 7 pm and take a look. Unfortunately a storm hit the area so I really didn't expect them to show. However, as good business practice I did expect them to call and set up another appointment. NEVER happened! This company is permanently off my list and I could not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Hi- t I called the company initially to repair broken sprinkler heads. he company had to come out 2 times to repair the missing heads. The first repairman came out to replace missing heads and didn't repair one head- when I turned on my sprinkler the next morning I discovered one head missing altogether.-- gushing water. When I called the owner about the issue and to add adding a freeze sensor another repairman called and we scheduled our appt for 9am. He called back several times to reschedule and came out that evening at 9:30pm. I couldn't be home to meet him and he repaired the work, but placed the sensor on the front of my garage door. I called the company the next day and a 3rd repairman came out and placed the sensor on the side of my house. The company was nice and professional, but the first repairman totally missed repairing one head. The 2nd gentleman couldn't come until 9:30pm at night and then placed the freeze sensor where it was in full view of the front of my house. I then called a 3rd time and another team came out and moved the sensor to the side of the house.
