Description of Work: I had them search for a bad valve first. They discovered it wasn't the valve it was the solenoid attached to the valve. They gave me a choice to pay over three hundred dollars for them to replace the valve with solenoid on it. Or try to find that specific brand solenoid and replace it myself. They didn't carry that brand. The only place I had been able to find that brand was online. So I ordered it and replaced it myself. Part costed $12 online. Once it was fixed then he came back and did a tune up on my sprinkler system which is what I had paid for in the first place. Costed $85 for tuneup plus he replaced 3 broken heads for $30. He was very quick and you couldn't even tell the grass had been dug up to fix those three heads. He put the turf back just like it was.

Description of Work: Overall sprinkler check. My only complaint was that they did not know it was an Angies list Big Deal and did not do everything on the list. They just told me where I had leaks. Did not clean or replace any heads that were damaged, still tried to charge me a service call until I reminded that it was pre-paid. Nice guys, seemed knowledgeable about the job. Just not informed of what they were supposed to do. Thanks

Description of Work: Extreme disappointment. |I bought a tuneup deal, the owners son/nephew/son in-law and co-worker came out and Walked around and looked then instead of cleaning or adjusting any heads he tried to sell me a new system, he said that my existing wasn't installed correctly. | |I asked him to repair a broken sprinkler head but he said that he couldn't because of the location, so after he left I fixed it in about 15mins. |Since he couldn't fix the sprinkler that I could, I'm not sure if he can install a new system better than me either.

Ricardo came to my home and did an outstanding job with the sprinkler system repairs. Both men were friendly, personal be and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their services.

Description of Work: Original phone call was great=A. Initial sprinkler tune up was great=A. The return visit to actually repair and replace sprinkler heads=D. He cancelled the appointment said the technician was sick. We have a copper system and they were to send out someone who could do that. The rescheduled appointment he tried to cancel again but I said we HAD to get the busted head fixed as we were going out of town and had to set sprinklers. He came out after we had already left and said he did a lot of work but many things were not done. Seemed to be one technician that was the problem, I think. We found another service

Description of Work: Repaired the sprinkler line and complete assessment of sprinkler system. It was a $85 deal + $40 parts = great deal + satisfaction. He also worked and completed the job in the cold rain.
