Description of Work: They checked out the sprinkler system which wasn't coming on at the control panel. They checked the system for leaks and fixed the problem. Very professional, pleasant and competent. Would recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler systems or repairs.

Description of Work: The most disgusting human being I've ever seen showed up to my house late after having to reschedule the appointment twice, then misdiagnosed the problem. I'd asked for an estimate and got a ridiculous price three weeks later after having the problem corrected by a different provider for significantly less money.

Description of Work: THEY DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL EVEN AFTER I CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT THE PREVIOUS DAY OR TWO DAYS BEFORE. I EVEN WAITED AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME FOR THE SCHEDULED DAY TO ARRIVE. THEY WERE TO INSTALL A SYSTEM FOR MY BACK YARD. I AHVE FORGOT THE DATE.

Description of Work: Purchased the "sprinkler tuneup". When they arrived (after several delays), they were unaware of this ( a common problem with the "deals" on Angie's List, I have found), and ended up replacing two sprinkler heads-which needed it. OK, fine. Two days later one of the irrigation valves failed and now we had an emergency on our hands. They definitely went the extra mile in getting out to help us, first coming out and shutting off the main valve, than in coming back within 48 hours and doing a definitive repair, saving our grass in hundred degree heat and working till after dark. Dispatcher, by the way, was great.

The sprinkler tune-up special saves you 12% over our normal first hour rate, but does not include parts, as we would have no way to know (until we walk your system) what is needed. "Runaway" or "stuck" valves are a nuisance, as they are not controllable by the system timer. I'm happy we responded quickly and were able to return quickly to finalize the repairs. Description of Work: They performed a irrigation system inspection and a couple repairs. They were not able to locate one of the valves and recommended installing a new valve rather than continuing to dig. It would have cost more than $1000. |They were polite but after the third visit without solving the non running sprinkler heads, I just gave up.

[member name removed]. I share your vexation at our inability to locate a missing valve. Once we are unable to locate the valve using our wire locater, we are forced to use "neanderthal" methods to locate the valve. This method entails digging up the main line until we locate the missing valve. The cost of doing this is unknown before the effort is made. It's small consolation that 99 out of 100 missing valves can be located using the wire locater. If we can't find it, its now a "needle in a haystack."
