Company was great to deal with and I had no complaints other than their price was quite a bit higher than the other quotes I received.

They arrived on the day we called, earlier than they thought they would arrive, and fixed the problem for less than they estimated.

Kevin called earlier than the scheduled time asking if he could come by earlier to finish the job. He seemed personable and knowledgeable in his field of work.

I needed to have several busted sprinkler heads replaced. I went to Angieslist to pick one of the top rated sprinkler repair company. I made the call on Wednesday the 21 of April. The appointment for a free estimate of repairs was set for Thursday the 29 of April 2010 . The appoint was set for 7am. I received a call from the company on Wednesday the 28 reminding me of my appointment on Thursday the 29 at 7am. I received a call the morning of the 29 from a Rep(Steven) at approximately 6:50 am stating that he had a 7 am appoinment with me but they(company)did not tell him exactly where he was going and that he was stuck in traffic. He was going to be 30 to 40 minutes late. At approximately 7:58, I was getting ready to call and cancel the appoinment when I looked outside and saw Steven knocking on the door across the street. I went outside and waved them to my address. Upon approach, I said let me show you where the control box is located. I said so you are just going to check out the system and give me an estimate for the repairs and he replied yes. He turned on the system each station at a time and I began to point out some of the heads that had leaks. After all the station had ran, Steven approached me and said I had about six heads that needed to be replaced and that it would cost about $340.00 or $347.00 not sure exactly which one. I hesitated because I'm thinking that is much more expensive than my other estimates. I say to Steven I' ll pass thanks for coming out. He said that will be $47.00. I said $47.00 for what. He said for checking out the system and adjusting two sprinklers heads on the side. I said on the Angieslist advertisment you listed the estimate as free and you did no work unless authorized, that is what on the ad. I did not authorize any work. I just want an estimate. I said no let me get your ad. I starting walking toward the house to get the ad and he said forget it and left. There was major misunderstanding about the free estimate and authorized work. This did not go well at all.

As always, the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

They were courteous, prompt, and professional. They were very good and operated within the budget. We would use them again. They came out and found the valve for our sprinkler system, which was difficult to find.

THESE GUYS ARE AWSOME!!! This was a moving target project as it progressed. We thought of things, Chas thought of things, Mario thought of things and they all were thought out, discussed and we ended up with the best solution for us. The quality of work performed was WAY above and beyond. They answered every question, and fullfilled every wish. If you need any landscaping needs, these are the guys to call.

Excellent- He told me the sprinklers were staying up because of a little dirt not because the line was broken. I could replace them or simply help them down. I did not feel any pressure for either decision. They have a coupon for $10 off. I did not print out my coupon but the price was great and so was the time spent. I watch every penny but I felt the inspection was worth the money spent!

Great service and responsiveness on the phone, I was able to schedule a service call for less than 24 hours after I called. Technician showed up in the window when I was told, and work was done quickly and effectively, and he was able to explain how my system worked as well (I just bought my house and was unfamiliar with the sprinkler system). Price was reasonable for the work done.

They are very efficient and prompt. They are very reasonable and nice. Also, very friendly and if I call them, I know they will take care of the job. The price is approximate for a house call.

Kevin Romane was the service foreman who initially came out to provide the quote and then came with an assistant to do the work. We had two sprinkler heads that were on the edge of a shared driveway which were constantly being run over by cars and trash trucks driving in the neighborhood. Kevin advised us of our options in regards to moving the heads. Once we decided to use Double Eagle, they were able to schedule the work a few days after our call mainly due to my availability restrictions. Kevin & his assistant showed up as scheduled and were able to complete the work in just a short amount of time. He was very friendly and helpful. We have not had any issues since the work was done. The work consistent of digging up a small strip of our lawn, using flexible pipe and moving the heads away from the driveway.
