I expected the system check to include resetting the control panel times for each zone, and adjustments of sprinkler heads. I did not get those things done. What I got was a quick overview of the system with a written estimate.

Contractor did not show at first appointment due to another customer's emergency. Company very apologetic and extremely cooperative in trying to remedy things to our satisfaction. At second appointment more needs were uncovered and a third visit was scheduled. Servicer was thorough and gave good advice. Because of this attitude Yes I would use them again.

I received both an email and a phone call from the company setting up the appointment in a timely manner. The technician was one hour late but did call before the appointment to let me know. The technician was very nice and did the system check. He was able to fix a low pressure zone by replacing the sprinkler heads with MPR sprinkler heads. The technician also looked at a known water leak I had at the water main. The only problem I had was with the pricing, but perhaps that is what the industry charges these days. I did not keep the MPR sprinkler heads because they cost to much. I also thought the estimate for fixing the leak ($800) was excessive. I ended up replacing the sprinkler heads myself from Home Depot and hired a plumber to fix the leak at 1/4 of the estimate.

The tech arrived as agreed on a timely basis. He worked about an hour identifying faulty spprinkler heads. The biggest problem he indicated was a broken valve which was in the shrubs. Shrubs would need to be removed to find it and then it would take their electrician to repair it. We decided to wait and were billed for 1/2 hour work as the technician said the Big Deal was for the first 1/2 hour only. We didn't expect that. All in all they were OK--but ask upfront what they are doing and how much it will cost.

Excellent communication before and during the visit. The tech was on time and was able to address all of our issues during his visit. He performed the tune-up and was able to get the last zone working as well.

The wokmenship was fine. The repair price seemed excessive.

I bought the coupon in July for full sprinkler checkup. Got a message from the sprinkler company right away so i knew that I could get online & make an appointment. Did not get around to using the coupon until September. It was easy to get online & make an appointment. The sprinkler guy came during the scheduled 2 hour time window. The sprinkler guy was friendly & knowledgeable & efficient. Was not charged any additional cost even though he replaced 2 heads to spray more effectively. Felt that the coupon was a very good deal.

They were great! I would highly recommend them.

$250 to add a sprinkler head is outrageous,

They were excellent. They were prompt and did what needed to be done. They said I'm good until fall. He was there for about 30 to 40 minutes. He turned on each zone and gave me a few suggestions of what might make it cover more area. Their pricing was very reasonable. I probably won't be using them again because I'm moving.

Clinton was awesome in pointing out some minor things(mainly readjusting flow). He went above and beyond to make me happy. I would request him to return as needed!!!!! Thank you Robert!

Appointment was schedule for July 12 - the technician was 2 hrs late due to his wife's car troubles, which I understand I just wish he would have called to let me know. He tied to look at things very quickly but I asked to re-schedule. He said some one from the office will call me to re-schedule. I did not get a call to reschedule, I had to call them to let them know the service was not performed. An appointment was set up for July 22 and new technician showed up on time, but he did not give me feed back on what I needed to do to fix the dry spots due to sprinklers not reaching some areas. I was expecting to tell me you need to change the heads or add more sprinklers and that will so much. I got none of that. I just move to this home and could not find areas 7 and 8 and was told I needed to re-wire the whole system. I am not sure really what service I got.

the two service personnel came late to their first appt of the day (not a big inconvenience). after arriving, they were so hurried to leave rather than perform any tuning on the sprinklers and we had to show them areas where the sprinklers were not working. Overall we felt rushed and felt receiving little value for this service.

He was very professional and quick. (I was the one who was a little slow that morning.) He did a great job. Several sprinkler heads had to be replaced due to the lawn company running over them with the lawnmower. I'm very pleased and will definitely call them again when needed.

I was very pleased with Clinton. He called to tell me about when he thought he would arrive and was very prompt. I really appreciated that! He checked out everything carefully, cleaning and re-positioning. He also gave me some very good advice about maintenance and presented new products that I did not know existed. He was polite and very courteous all the time, explaining everything as we moved around my yard in the hot Texas weather. I would recommend him to anyone. He certainly knew his business and was very polite, patient, and informative to a person who certainly knew very little about her system! I will ask for him the next time I need the this service.

They were very responsive and prompt. They were very professional. They made sure my system was in accordance with current city ordinaces. They were on time and were prompt in rescheuding due to inclement weather.

I signed up for the Big Deal Sprinkler Tune-Up. I went online and scheduled the appointment. I received the confirmation email that someone would be at my house at 9:00am on August 10. No one showed up! I sent an email to the company and left a voicemail message that same day. I have not gotten an email reply or a phone call. I am very disappointed.

I received a call the day after I purchased the tune-up and was told that Clinton would be coming out. The first available date did not work for me but they were very accomodating and able to fit to my schedule. Clinton did a really good job on the review of the various zones. The dry spots were because the sprinklers needed adjustment which he did and even found a spot where the grass had grown over the sprinkler head which prevented the flow. WOW.. an additional sprinkler I didnt even know about. Clinton also found and repaired a broken sprinkler head that had been buried during a driveway expansion. This section no longer needed water so he plugged the pipe which the made the rest of the zone work much better. I was really happy with the work that was done and especially with Clinton. He was professional, curtious and went above and beyond.

They were patient and took the time to explain what they were doing, and why as they reviewed our system. Unfortunately, they had run into some bad traffic, and were quite late. I did not hold this against them since, they were still in great spirits, apologetic when they arrived and still took the time to do a thorough tune-up job. The punctuality issue was not their fault, and their communication on the road was enough to let us know where they were, and the condition of their travel situation.
