It was pretty good. It was easy to set up the appointment. He was on time. He did whatever was needed to be checked. I did some good recommendations.

They were supposed to come out first thing on a Thursday, and were late, so I had to reschedule. The next person was a little late too, but called me early enough to let me know. He found all the things that were broken, and gave me an estimate to complete the work. Scheduled and came out the next day and replaced a lot of heads, fixed one or two broken leaks, gave me better coverage in some planters and adjusted my sprinkler system. It was a little pricy but hopefully will be worth it. The technician that did the work was very nice and thorough.

I bought an Angie's List deal. The tech was in and out so fast. I'm not really sure what happened. I didn't follow him around the whole time. I explained a couple of problem areas before he got started. I saw evidence that he changed 2 nozzles because the old parts were thrown in the yard. He zipped around for a bit and then he was gone. I asked if he checked the backyard and he said yes. Upon his departure, he handed me the invoice without an explanation of what he had done. It was starting to rain and I was distracted by another project in the house. So, I didn't ask any questions. The experience seemed odd. However, I appreciate that I was not given a bogus sales pitch for hundreds of dollars of work that needs to be done. I just pray that all goes well with my sprinkler. Also, the online scheduling and email reminders are awesome. I wish every service provider provided this convenient option.

It was fine. They came out on time and they did a good job. They came out a week after I purchased the deal. They went through everything and explained what was going on. I asked hm about the additional work that they done and I thought their prices were quite a bit high so I didn't use any of them. They're very professional.

Great! The inspector also determined that during some drainage work I had done earlier in the year, the sprinklers at the back of the house had been disconnected from water and disconnected at the control box. I have since called the drainage contractor to have this rectified. Good catch!

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was great. He showed up late but it was fine. I think I paid an additional amount of $30 or $40, or something like that. His pricing was fine. Even though he was late, he did call me back when I had called him. So it’s not like he blew me off or anything. Things like this do happen, and so if I have a problem, I would use him again.

It went well and was less costly than the other estimates I had gotten. The first visit they fixed the sprinkler system but front yard there was more damage to the electrical connection and they had to come back the next day. I didn't have them come back because of I wanted to wait before spending more on the sprinkler system. The work that was done took long time to fix and he had to go to another scheduled appointment. I would call them again.

It went well, the technician explained what he was doing and what needed to be done in order to maintain a better healthier yard and adjusted watering times.

WHAT A RIP OFF! Do not hire this company. I bought an Angie's List Deal with this company which was supposed to include the following: Checking for line leaks, dry areas and broken sprinkler heads, cleaning and adjusting clogged nozzles, checking rain and freeze sensor operation, setting controller for proper watering time and duration for current municipal water restrictions, adjusting all heads and rotors for most efficient coverage, checking up to 10 sprinkler zones, inspecting for main line and lateral leaks. The technician did not do any of this...!! I had to physically point out dry areas which he didn't even bother walking to see. This man could barely walk. He did not even walk around my whole yard to check different areas. None of the things listed on the deal were performed. He set my programmer for the 2-minute test and then within the first two stations of my 8 station system, he started telling me that I needed a whole new sprinkler system. He started bad-mouthing my system and the people that installed it. As I kept prompting him around to the different zones as they would come on, he would just keep bad-mouthing it. He finally adjusted one sprinkler head to spray a shorter distance. THAT IS ALL HE DID. FOR $49! He was late to the appointment, but he did call. In the end he quoted me around $1700 for a new system. I wasn't interested in getting an estimate for a new system. I realize now that I should have done my home work and read some of the reviews on this company before I bought the Deal because if I had read them I would have NEVER bought it!

It went OK - on the one hand, I didn't think there was much thinking out of the box when he said that he would rip up my system and start over. On the other hand, I appreciated his honesty!

I couldn't be happier with the service. The technician cleaned and adjusted the system and replaced 2 heads. He also found a break in one of the pipes and offered to repair it. I told him I would do the work myself and he instructed me on what to do.

It went fine, have water coverage at both properties now.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was okay; it wasn't the best. As it turned out, they only specialize in Rainbird and we have a different system. They didn't seem to understand it and they wanted us to change to Rainbird. We had our original guy come out afterwards because we were still having problems. They said that everything was just fine. We didn't have any idea if it was a good price or not. They were very responsive.

Provider called prior to arrival time due to car problems and let me know he will be within the next 30 minutes. check each zone one at a time and mark any head that needed to be address. answered all my question and concerns. started working right away and did not take long to complete the job. I would use them again.

The repair man was very knowledgeable. He inspected the sprinkler and told me what adjustments were needed and quoted me an additional charge. My issue was when it came time to pay, he wanted to charge me double. His explanation was the Angie's List deal only covered an hour of work, and since he was there over an hour, he would have to charge me double. When I confronted him with the email and pointed out that it contained no verbiage about a time frame, he decided he did not have to charge me double. It just seemed like he was trying to scam me.

They were on time but didn't call ahead like they said they would. They diagnosed and repaired all the issues within 1.5 hours. The work was thorough and clearly effective as my yard now looks much improved due to the more appropriate water coverage. Overall the surface and repair met my expectations. My only issue is with the original coupon. It really appeared that all it provided was an evaluation because my total bill was significantly above what I had anticipated. I think the wording of that coupon needs to be a bit more clear as there is little they can do with regard to repair in the first 30 minutes.
