Can you please note that I have done this more than once?

They did great. They replaced 1-2 areas and came when they said they would.

Installation of new sprinkler system went well - 50% deposit mid-September Case Narrative: ++ Irrigation system installed no permit on file. Last contact 12/27/13 Final spray adjustments - TBD.

I would not recommend them for anything. They didn’t explain anything. I only needed them to cut and glue 3 sprinkler heads. He was only here for about 15 minutes as he only turned the sprinklers on and off once I showed him where the control was. The technician was just a teenager and he didn’t take any time to explain anything. The technician was not very personable. They did show up on time.

They did a great job, happy with all they did.

It turned out good. They did charge $5 for the head that they changed out. I would recommend them. I have not had any issues. I would use them again.

I put today's date however the service never happened.

They actually came out and did that part. I didn't do any other work with them. They kept revising the quote. I guess the guy who actually gave me the quote did it wrong. I thought that if they can't quote it right two times in a row then it's not somebody I want to do it with. What they did was fine for the money. They didn't show up when they were going to. Then they did finally show up when I wasn't expecting them. They were fine then. The guy was apologetic and he called me later on about the quotes. By then, as far as I'm concerned, I've already made up my mind. The price they gave me, I could have put in a whole irrigation system in for. I would probably not use them in the future. I would like to use them because the guy who called me seemed like he was okay. After a couple of times, I just had a bad feeling. I just shied away from it.

The 2 man crew were punctual and professional. They took time to explain details to me. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.

He gave me an estimate to fix that problem and also gave me some advise on what to plant in bare areas under the trees and how to keep the grass looking green. He was late in arriving for the appointment, but made up for it in his work!

He was able to fix a leak that was there when it was initially installed by a different service provider.

I did not use Double Eagle Sprinkler

The experience was great. They did a very good job on my sprinklers. They found the one broken sprinkler head but advised me not to fix it as it was in the path of weekly garbage trucks. They also fixed my control panel. I was watering to often and too long. They fixed the control box so I was still within code. I had a small problem the next day. They came out and fixed the new problem where my controller was over-riding a setting. They recommended so that I got no waster in the alley going forward to cap those sprinklers. This was a great idea and they are installing the heads next week.

Install additional zones and put in control system.

Was not Punctuality 1 hour late did not feel he was professional would not use this service again.

Techn was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and explained everything before hand. Excellent service!

I had to call 3 times to see if they were coming. He didn't look at all the sprinklers-only at what was visible. I wanted them to check to see if the pressure was working.

Inspect sprinkler system replaced a sprinkler head

Failed to show up twice for a pre-paid Angie's List Big Deal! Showed up third time, did an inspection and charged to replace 2 broken heads, but missed 2 others.100

They did show up but all the guy did was he turned the system on and made sure that each of the zones actually popped and sprayed water. I asked him to set it so it would come on Mondays and Thursdays. But he did not inspect anything, he just checked to make sure that water came out of the heads. It was not included in the big deal but I asked him for an estimate replacing some grass and do some yard work. But the same guy that did the supposed inspection gave me an estimate for replacing the grass. He was supposed to give it to me in writing but he never did. So I called and talked to the owner and he said he was going to send his son out so I waited three weeks and no one came out. I had to call to get them to show up a second guy and it was the same guy that showed up originally. So we got the owner on the line and I told him that they hadn't inspected it correctly the first time so I had him do the inspection again. At that point he found two sprinklers that were not completely broken but were damaged. I asked him about replacing them and he said it would be cheaper to replace them myself.

The guy that came out was very nice I showed him the problem and was able to fix it right away.

It went good. They tuned up the sprinkler system, made sure everything worked and found and repaired a major leak in the system.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good and they did everything they said they were going to do. I didn't pay anything extra. They were not late but they had to reschedule.

It went well. At first they thought one of our sprinkler heads needed replacing, but it turned out that it was just plugged up, so they cleaned it and everything worked fine.

The owner called and said that his original service tech was stuck in traffic and could not be at my home on time. So he was sending another tech whom he described as a little bit different but really good, would arrive within a couple of hours. This man arrived in a broken down truck, and looked as if he had not bathed or changed clothes in over a week. Nevertheless, I showed him what needed to be done. Because he was late, he interfered with another service provider at the house. All he did was switch on the sprinklers to see if they worked. He then told me that the work I needed to have done it could be done the following day, Saturday, and that he would perform it for cash under the table at half the price is company would charge me. He then wanted to make sure that I would give the company a good rating because it was an Angie's list company. This is truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service provider.
