The gentleman who came out was very personable! The original estimate did not have the correct number of window treatments, so they had to re-do it, but were very responsive to provide an accurate one.

They were fine, but I did not like their price because it was too high. I would not recommend others to get quotes from them. I would consider getting another quote from them if they had a special and if it was in my budget.

Our prices are all inclusive and we have no hidden charges so the prices we quote over the phone are not bait and switch prices just to get in the door. our specials are equivalent to other reputable cleaners in our area but include quick drying of carpet, vacuuming of carpet and most pre-spotting, which most of our competitors do not include in their specials. I hate that you think our prices were too high but our specials are always listed on our website www.co2cleaners.com and our facebook and twitter pages also list our specials! please feel free to check out those specials and compare to the other cleaners in the area -- make sure to verify that pre-vacuuming and quick drying (1-3 hours) of carpets are included in their specials, as well as a 30 day guarantee. When we have shopped our competitors, usually their specials are for their budget cleaning and either have no guarantee or a 7 day guarantee and do not include the quick drying of the carpet -- all of these we feel are part of the cleaning service that every customer should receive! We don't want to just clean for our customers once, but we want to be their lifetime carpet cleaner! We also send every customer a satisfaction survey via email to ensure their satisfaction with our company! We would love to win you over as a customer! The technician arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled time. He was going to charge the same full price for two small hallways as he would for full size rooms.We had this company clean our carpets previously, and after about a month, it looked as though they had not been cleaned.

Cornerstone Chem-Dry was running a very special price per area - lower than we have ever offered before. On the phone the customer was explained what the pricing would be per area - there were no surprises when we arrived. My technician did offer to clean both hallways for one area pricing to make the customer happy. The Member declined and asked us to leave. Unfortunately our technician did arrive late to the job -- during our busiest 2 weeks of the year that does sometimes happen and we regret that we were late to his appointment as we are usually on time. We did call the customer back and he declined to have us back out. We did clean for him a year before and he did not have any complaints at that time. We follow up with every customer after we clean for them to ensure their satisfaction and he did not give us any feedback. We let every customer know we have a 30 day guarantee -- if any spots we remove return within 30 days, we will come back at no cost to re-clean the areas. We are very sorry that the Member did not feel satisfied with our cleaning/pricing.
