MD Construction

The quality of the work is exceptional - can't tell any damage was ever there! They protected my house (floor, furniture, etc.) from dust and paint as if it was their own. I had wished I had asked for more details on the plan but it all made sense to me later. They showed up to do the work and then left to get the specific supplies. I wish I had known that ahead of time. They stayed late to complete the work at our request to mitigate the need to return the next day. I have already hired them to do more work.

It met the requirements with no problem

Communication was horrible. I initially hired them to do drywall work but they took forever to get back to me after I had paid a deposit. I settled on letting them do my paint instead but what should have been a one-day paint job took three days because they sent one person out with minimal tools. It was unfinished in places and they had to come back and redo it. They were supposed to do drywall retouching in one place and did not. I also hired them to do a bathroom vanity install which I had to redo. Overpriced. Would not hire again. Rita was always very sweet, however.

MD Construction team were friendly, professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an “updo”!!!

He did a great job with my ceiling repair. I needed the wall touched up and I didn't have the paint anymore, so he went to home depot and matched the color to touch up the wall.

Joel did an amazing job! Rita is personable and always responsive. I would recommend this crew for exterior work. The house looks better than it did 10 years ago when we bought it!

Terrible. The experience has been filled with delays, mistakes, crew quitting or getting fired, working without a permit, crew asking for money - on the side - to correct mistakes they made, and now they their office has made excuses for over 4 days as to why the ** boss **cannot contact me in order to schedule completion of the work. Their actions have caused delays in our remodel several times including a delay having our electrical inspection by the city completed and now their refusal to complete the job is preventing plumbers from completing their work, tilers from completing their work and cabinet builders from completing their work. This has not been just a bad experience, it has resulted in wasted time, wasted money and, maybe worst of all, that despite using the Home Advisor site to identify and hire a trusted and reliable contractor, I have found instead another example of what gives contractors a bad name, There seems to be no way for consumers to navigate the world of rip-off contractors. My recommendation - do not use MD Construction.

The contractor that ran the show, was very arrogant and had an **I do not care** attitude. In fact, I had another bathroom that I wanted to have work done on and he laughed and said he would not even give me a bid. The people that did the work were not competent. They did great. They completely fixed my roof and repaired my drywall and repainted my garage ceiling all in a single day. Amazing! The 10-year warranty makes me feel safe if I ever have a problem again.

Drywall repair, painting, carpet replacement. Friendly service, professional, and on time for appointments. They all did a great job repairing my home after pipes busted in February. I plan to hire them for additional work that needs to be done.

Professional, friendly, and went over and beyond to complete project. Installed new door and repaired pop outs in ceiling.

The job he did for us is totally wrong even by his own experts opinion. He used cheap labor and did not really have a clue on how the job should have been done. When I told him I was going to hire another contractor, he threatened me with an attorney. I have videos, texts, etc and I would be willing to show anyone that is interested. Or, if you live in the DFW area youre welcome to come by and check it out for yourself. His insurance did finally pay for the mess but we had to do the leg work to get it taken care of... I would not hire him to clean my toilets.

They came when a pipe burst and flooded three bedrooms during Texâ s blizzard. It has been Wednesday to Monday. Everything is finished and wonderful. All workers were top notch. Rita told me they would take care of me and they did. Repaired pipe, turned water back on put up drywall, removed soaked pad and soaked carpet. Came back after our concrete dries out and put in new pad and new carpet. Chance was project manager and he did everything he promised. He sent crews to handle each phase. I definitely will call them again. Hopefully next time it wonâ t be an emergency.

They were great comunicating estimates, timing, and payment details. They replaced the roof, rain cutters, and several areas of trim. They painted outside also. House has great street appeal now. I definitely would use them again on my next project.

We interviewed and received bids from several construction/remodeling companies. We decided to go with MD Construction due to the fair and competitive pricing. Rita, the first person with whom we interfaced has a contagious can do excitement ...at a genuine personal level. She was a constant delight. Jerry, our project manager, was so professional and responsive while showing concern for the success of the project as well as devotion to customer satisfaction. Dealing with such quality people like Rita, Jerry, and the owner made the experience a pleasure! MD Construction is an on time company...from scheduling to completion! We never had to worry if they'd show up or if they were going to do what they said they would do. This is an important aspect to any homeowner! After waiting a while to update our guest bathroom, we found MD Construction helped us bring our vision to life. To anyone considering home improvement, I strongly recommend giving MD Construction a call.
