Joel came on time for drywall touch up and repair. He spent time to cover and tape off all areas with plastic tarps. He finished in about 3 hours with a professional job. Thanks!

Chance was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. His estimate was very fair, and he worked with me when I needed to make some changes to the scope of work without hesitation. Joel completed the work in a timely manner and workmanship is excellent, walls and ceiling look better than ever. I definitely will use him again when to need arises and recommend them.

I had a portion of a wall taken out due to a plumbing issue. The work was exceptional and great customer service. You can't even tell that a hole is too be there. I would highly recommend them.

Just don t do it. They may seem cost competitive but they will ultimately cost you time and headaches. This company uses you like their personal ATM. - billed for work either not started or not complete - the manager was barely onsite, did not show up to meetings, or follow up on actions during the progress of the job - they left nine large trash bags of construction debris in the front yard - project months behind schedule, costing me loss of rental income and Additional costs for additional resources to come and complete the job or do rework for poor quality Just one of several examples: billed me to repair subfloor that was not repaired before new flooring placed. Just don t do it.

These people are crooks and do not live up to their advertisements. They did a horrible job on my project, took my $$$, and promised several times to come back and fix their BS job but have Ghosted me. I cannot see how they can do the above work when each time I contact them, they say they are short-handed due to the heat, which has been since June. Run like Hell from these Crooks. I wish I could show these folks the plethora of text messages with the outright lies about coming back to correct the screw-up of a job they did. I was going to pursue legal remedies, but Karma and payback will come to them.

When I contracted them, they were the nicest people in the world. Steady communication. The guy they sent out did not cover our countertops. He spilled paint on the tile floor, the countertops, and our carpet in the hallway. The original job buckled, he came back out, covered the counters with trash bags, and still left the job incomplete and unsatisfactory. They said they would send someone back in June, and I still have not heard back from them. Prior to my payment, communication was not an issue, now that I have paid them, I do not hear from them anymore. They claim that the heat and staffing issues has them backed up. I try to be a positive person, but to be ghosted and given less than good service, is very upsetting. I am looking at several options, including legal actions.

Take forever and no good at communicating.

Rita is awesome and makes you feel very important and that you and your project matter. Chance is very good and knows what needs to be done, VERY efficient . The workers were extremely professional, and respectful and always cleaned up the job site at the end of the end. I AM SO happy to find this great company.

Really late and did not finish the job. And went looting through my trash for stuff. Was not ready for the Job used material from my house to do the job. Did not tape or patch the holes.

The owner Chance and the companiy's office manager Rita, are awesome to work with. If there are ANY issues with the work done, they are quick to communicate back to me and get it addressed. Rita is the real deal and is a woman of her words. I connected with Chance and I know he is a man of integrity. Through this remodel project I personally learned alot about the process. This company strives for excellence in their workers. They quickly address any issues with them which is good to know. They only want the best workers! I highly recommend them!

They showed up on time. Worked and did complete job in one trip.

WONDERFUL

Fast and courteous response from Rita at MD Construction, she sent Kent over to determine my situation. I had a mysterious small water puddle on my garage floor. This only occurred during driving rains with the wind blowing in a horizontal fashion. Alonso the roofing specialist further examined the suspected area and found that when the house was built they missed an area where the metal flashing should have been. Alonso did a great job installing the metal flashing to correct the leak.

Wonderful people to work with. I have never had a Company communicate what is going on day by day during the work process. Not only by the repairman, but Rita, there coordinator. The work they have done is first rate.

The repairman (Ram) did an excellent job for a very fair price. Super service!

The work was done, but sometime after I t should have been. The quality of work done was ok. The communication could have been much better. Nice people thoug.

It was great how they worked with our specific budget and repaired both ceilings. The handy work is immaculate and there was certainly an attention to detail. The worksite/room was cleaned up very well afterward. The work was completed swiftly without any compromise to quality. I would hire MD Construction again in a heart beat.

We hired them to do a drywall repair as well as a floor remodel. They originally quoted 1 week for the project, however, due to inconsistent scheduling (they had 4 different people cycling through, but only sent one person at a time mostly) it took 3 and a half weeks. They could not guarantee times for people to show up either, so I had to accommodate them instead of the other way around. There was not any project supervision, as the original project manager left(?), so the workers were left without direction. The workers were also inexperienced, so they did not know how to properly lay the bricks. What we were left with were white washed bricks, not at all what we were wanting. Until they figure out their personnel issues, they will continue to experience turnover and project issues. Poor all the way around.
