Showed up on Time Did a Great Job !

timely, did everything I asked and even didn't split hairs on additional requests.

Hired them to patch drywall, paint the stairwell, repair cracks in walls. The crew arrived without material to paint. Painted the stairs a solid color white; treads, risers, and stringer trim. I specifically asked the natural wood be left for the stringer trim and risers. The treads would be painted blue. The stairwell was left unpainted while the stairs received the paint. Totally wrong and ruined the plans I had for the project. The exterior touch ups were half done. The surface was not properly prepped and flaking paint was painted over. I called Chance who scheduled the team to come out and finish the job. On the second day the painters helper painted the stairwell. It looked awful. Paint runs, poor coverage, and mistakes aplenty. I called Chance again who assured me it would be done correctly this time. Hours later, and two days sacrificed, the stairwell and exterior were finished. The quality and attention to detail was atrocious. The painter Joel copped an attitude several times in our interactions. This all happened immediately before my home went up for sale. I could not imagine a worse series of events prior to pictures of my home being taken. Ultimately, I was left paying for something that was not to my liking, completely botched, and poor professionalism from the crew. I would not recommend.

Hire MD Construction to repair a damaged brick wall. They did a great job for both the exterior work and the interior repair. The project originally was expected to take a couple day but the team came out and was able to know it out in one day.

I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience with MD Construction preforming my popcorn ceiling removal. I was under a major time constraint so that we would be able to move into our new home before Christmas. They were priced very well compared to other companys quotes. What really pushed me to go ahead and hire them was the professionalism and customer service I received from Chance and his team. Once I expressed that I really needed someone to start immediately after the weekend (asking on a Thursday afternoon!), He called me back and said he could rearrange some projects and the workers could get started the very next day! The removal of the ceiling, the re-texture, and the paint took them 6 days/7 days with clean up. They worked through the weekend and I could not be happier with the look of it and the time it took!

Chance and his team did a great job removing the popcorn from my ceiling and repainting it. They finished up the work sooner than I expected and everything looked just as I had hoped! I am definitely planning on contacting. Chance for any work like this in the future.

Sheetrock in the entire garage ceiling started falling down. MD Construction replaced all of the garage ceiling, taping and bedding. They also blew in insulation in the entire attic of the house, along with the garage ceiling. The entire project was done in 3 days. The project was done perfectly and with great detail. I would highly recommend this company for any type of construction that you might need to have done.

I was very happy everything, when I first started this I had been talking with others regarding the size of the job and was having a hard time finding anyone to do it .It was small. MD Construction came out and looked at it and gave me a real good price on it. They had someone out to do the work within a few days. Work was completed in just a few hours they cleaned and left and the manager called to check on the job the next day.

I am going to use them for my next project, they are awesome to work with. If you need anything done and you live here you're crazy not to let them come out and at least take a look at the job. Chance is a great person to work with, he will make sure you're happy with there work. I'm using them again for sure.
