Best customer service and response time I have experienced in a long time. I can t say enough about how happy I am. Saved me a lot of money with their grout color sealant. I was afraid I was going to have to lay new tile, but they cleaned my tile and color sealed the grout and it looks like I have new floors! Could not be happier!

I had just paid another company to clean my tile, recolor and seal my grout, it was an awful experience, needing to have the work redone right away before the Thanksgiving Holidays, GroutWorks responded right way, at my request he came to my home to confirm he could meet my needs before scheduling and within a few days the work was complete to my expectations and more.

Great company, Brandon responded quickly and set up an appointment for an estimate and his price was considerably lower than another company. Scheduled the work within a few days, and Cat was great. Had all my downstairs tile repaired and resealed. When some of the sealant didn't come off the tile, Brandon and Cat came back the next day to clean the tile again. Looks like new!
