Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Fort Worth, Texas

I use Truly Nolen Pest Control as of now. They provide acceptable service. They have been very consistent about sending reminder cards for the quarterly service. The follow up calls have been hit or miss. What I have not liked is when the Tech has left the invoice in the mailbox. I've explained that it is illegal to use a mailbox for non-Postal Service items. I also prefer to know when the Tech is done and the previous Tech was hit or miss about letting me know all was well. I think there could be greater attention to detail from some of the Techs. I am hoping that they are looking for issues while treating the yard and house, but when I ask "all is fine."

I called to get a quote to have a rental property sprayed for fleas. They aggressively tried to sign me up for yearly plan. I explained that while I needed this one treatment that this was a rental property and that it is up to my renters to contract pest control services if they wish. After trying to shame me for not providing this service to my renters, they quoted me nearly 400 dollars for a one time treatment and this was just for the house. I wound up going with family owned exterminator also from Angie's List with a great review. They explained what they would do, how long it would take, what chemicals and in what froms they would use, and that I needed to do the yard to get complete eradication. None of this was done by Truly Nolen. Oh, and Truly Nolen's competitors price for both the the yard and the house.... $185.00 with warranty.

They were very good. I needed an appointment first thing in the morning and they gave it to me. They were here on time and did a good job.

They will get gold stars. We have them out quarterly. When I first called them initially, they came right away on the same day and started treatment that day. They are really nice people. They are very prompt. I never had a single bug in my house since they have been doing sprays. They just don't spray, they use other things so that they don't just have to kill the bugs, just kind of lure them away from the house.

Truly Nolen Pest and Termite Control did well because I don't have bug problems. They keep it down. They did their job and it works so I don't have problems with them. I run a storage facility so I don't like seeing mice and things like that. They seem to be doing a good job with it. I would recommend them. I like the guy who comes out.

I was immediately scheduled and the crew arrived promptly. They were very professional and made sure everything was done to my liking. I signed up for the total protection coverage. I have not seen any more pests since.

I’ve had a very good experience with them. They are very knowledgeable! We had a large infestation. It’s been a month and now I’m seeing considerably less ants. They said they would come back out after 2 weeks, for free, if I still had ants. I’m getting ready to call them to come back. I’ve been very pleased with their service and professionalism!

I have been using them for 2 or 3 years. I like them just fine; they seem to do the job well and we get what we pay for; that's always good. I will use them again in the future.

The guy was very knowledgable and found the problem. He was not as cheap and did not have as good as guarantee as All safe. i would recommend them. We just did not go with them because of the price. They were very professional. If they were price competitive I would have used them.

We have been using this company for over a year now and I could not be happier. When we started using them we had a bad sugar ant problem. The tech had to come out a total of 3 times to get rid of them completely (he advised me that I was probably only seeing the tip of the iceberg and it may take a couple of trips to wipe them out BEFORE he started the treatment). We signed up for the yearly program and we have been pest free every sense. The part that I like the most is that the same tech comes to our house every time. I know him and he knows me. He knows what problems we have had, where they were at and he always ask if I have noticed any new problems. They are a great company and I know that they have at least one Great Tech.

He was on time and gave me an honest answer. He told me right away that it wasn’t what I thought it was and didn’t push me for anything. He was very nice and polite. I was happy with him. If I need to, I would consider using him again in the future.

They are real good. They are a small company with just 3-4 people. They seem to be nice. We took a yearly contract with them and they show up every 3-4 months. They are on time and they do good work. They have solved all problems that we have had so far and I would have them again. Their price was good and right among everybody I checked before I went with them.

We only spoke on the phone since the salesman was stuck in traffic.

They’re service turned out fine. They have always been professional and courteous.

I hired these folks to come into the house to set out environmentally safe pest control, and they said they use Borax. (Now, this is a fairly cheap product, and for the price I paid, I wondered if it was studded with diamonds.) They supposedly came in to treat the house, left a bill sitting on the kitchen counter, but besides scheduling and a single phone call, I received no other mention from them of the work they planned to do or were going to do. I still had bugs.

Chuck was a super super guy and was very nice and informative. He also gave us great advice on plumbing. His partner got inside the cutout underneath our stairway (in a 12" x 12" hole!) and took out the huge termite mound forming inside the house. Overall our experience was awesome and we are definitely going with them next year! Great service, would not go elsewhere.

Service technicians arrived on time, professionally dressed with a professional demeanor. They explained the problem, recommended a course of treatment and proceeded accordingly. Tech did not confirm a 4th appointment as I was told he would.

Salesman arrived on time, and inspected the house inside and out. He explained the eco friendly products and procedures they would use, and then quoted a price for a one-shot treatment and a comparative 12 month contract. We opted for a 12 mo contract. The servicemen arrived when scheduled, and did the job in a professional manner. We have used this company on another house in 2008, for termite treatment, and were pleased with that service also.

We had construction in the area. We had rodents in our attic. They were very good in a disgusting situation. They are a no poison company. I purposely called them out for that reason. I would recommend them to anyone.

They seem to do pretty well. I am happy with the service. We are in Texas, so there are lots of bugs. Their techs are always very polite, clean and efficient. They always call to let me know when they coming.

I like them. I can?t say it?s a miracle, but they are doing fine.

They came when we called them. We did have to check the traps and for that the services seemed a bit expensive. I think that they are professional and I'm not sure that they could have done anything more.

I think they are very customer service oriented company. They are a very efficient company in that they are always willing to come and take care of any problems I have. They are also very professional.
