Description of Work: Jonathan was very knowledgeable when he did the initial inspection. Having a pier and beam home, the cost is a little more since they treat both the outside and under the home. They handled it very professional and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: They found the outdoor entryway into the house by rats and closed them. Checked all possible entries inside the house and closed them. Set traps in the attic and had results. Now it is 4 months later and came out to checked around the house. Found an area where it looked like it was damaged which might let critters in. Group is coming out tomorrow, 2/11/15 to take care of any entry problems the guys found earlier this month.

There was a one time charge for treatment, then $175/year follow up inspection with no charge for needed treatment. Appeared to be very professional, thorough service - 5 plus hours work. 12 year old 2,500 SF house with one confirmed infestation.

Description of Work: We purchased a yearly contract. They take care of the house & yard so we don't have to deal with it. We did have problems with carpenter ants and ants in the yard. That problem was eliminated. They are very mindful of the environment which we appreciated because of birds, lizards, butterflies & squirrels in our yard.
