IThomas Handy Man was everything and more than I had expected! He showed up on time and after we discussed what I wanted done he was ready and went to work. I showed him the flagstone that needed to be removed from my backyard. They immediately went to work and I was amazed at how organized and professional they were!!
They cleaned up the area after they were finished; they were within the initial budget dicussed and were the most professional men I've ever worked with. They also cleaned out the gutters which were filled with debrie! I had not even noticed it, so I was definitely glad that they pointed that out to me!
My only concern now is that they are so GOOD that I'm afraid they'll be too busy to help me again!!!! Again, thank you for hiring such capable personel!!!!
Don was very professional and worked in and around all of the pets, infants and young adults running through the house. I used his time wisely and work effectively.
I will gladly use Don on any future projects that may come up.
I called Don on Saturday and he did the work on Tuesday.I was having company for a week on Saturday,so I really had a time crunch. He was at my house at 9:00 just as he said. He is professional,very pleasant,and completed every thing. I was very pleased with his work. He
was very neat ,also. He even was willing to touch up the doors he fixed,but I did not have the paint. I would definitely use him again.
He did a great job and made sure I was happy before he left.
He arrived to do the work, took paint samples, measured the doors, evaluated the tile grout, then went to Home Depot, purchased the paint, grout, door and other supplies. It was a long day for the several projects, and he brought an assistant with him who did the tile work in the shower area. He worked well with us to evaluate the desired paint colors and textures. He is very good at that stuff.
At the completion of the work, he provided a written summary of the work and an invoice which came out to exactly what he had originally estimated. Some of the work was more difficult than he had originally thought, yet he charged us the original price.
Mr Thomas is more than fair and a man of his word. If he says he will do something for you for a price, he will do it for that price. I found his work ethic very impressive.
