Reyes Cleaning Solutions

We have used several cleaning services, such as hiring Reyes, and our house has never been so clean. The last service we used spent two hours talking on the phone while they cleaned the house. WE fired them and hired Rosie and her "CREW," her Mom and Aunts. Our home has not been this clean in years. They are professional and leave the house much better than they found itâ outstanding service.

They quoted her $70.00 which was paid with a check, the job was performed on July 30th. They started a fire on the dining room table by placing a candle to close to a vase of silk flowers. Flames two and three feet tall were shooting in the air. No resolution has been settled over smoke damages. I believe they were not insured has they claimed.

Rosie is wonderful! They work so hard, and are through in no time. The same people come back every time. They are so nice and friendly! !

I am an old client of Carmen and her crew, she has cleaned our home for over 13 years and she is practically part of my family. I've always loved the professionalism and now her daughter, Rosie is taking over and administrating her mother's business. Carmen is more like family and I've always loved the fact that they are family owned, they know the routine of my home and the ladies have always looked out for our special needs. Charged for post-construction clean, but did not do thorough job. Offered to come back to do places that were missed, but I needed it done right the first time. I happen to work from home and did say house looked good when they said they were finished. But after they left, I kept finding places not cleaned that I thought should be considered in post construction clean up. I was told since I said it looked good that they left. Is it responsibility of home owner to explain what needs to be done for post construction?

Rosie was a lifesaver! I had a quick turnaround for my move. She and her family were able to assist me with a last-minute, one-time interior cleaning (including a deep clean area) on a Saturday. The 2 adorable ladies (Mom & Aunt) treated me like family from start to finish. They were so sweet and hard-working. The only critique (due to price) is I would have liked for them to have taken out all of the bags of trash. Otherwise, 5 star service!

Hired Reyes Cleaning to do a deep clean and disinfecting of TCU student apartment ahead of move in. Rosy worked w me long distance, and was quick to respond, very professional, and explained everything in detail on the phone ahead of me committing. She estimated the job and billed me exactly as estimated which I appreciated. They are following all CDC guidelines and wearing PPE while cleaning, as well as cleaning/disinfecting all high touch areas. I ve been told the end result was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend!!

We had 2 people show up and they both worked very hard. However the one girl did not clean thoroughly. When this was pointed out to her, she still did not clean the area well. For the money we paid I don't think the work was that good.

Went right to work, taking two people about 4-5 hours. They even washed and dried approximately 10 different large artificial flower arrangements. I reviewed and found a few things missed, but they immediately corrected the situation. Would definitely use them again.

We are so pleased to have found Rosie and her team. They bring a family touch to all they do. They always provide true, professional care for our home. Their work has even given us better ideas on how to do things on the weeks they don't come. Our two little dogs like the ladies, too. That's important!
