The first company to give an estimate said most damage was sun related
and would not be covered by the insurance company.  RV doctor evaluated
the damage and then spoke to the insurance company.  He was able to get
the insurance company to pay for all of the repair since while the roof
lining damage was from the sun, the roof lining had to be removed to get
to the hail damage.  I was very pleased with the service.

He was good. His prices were very reasonable. The service went well. I had to have them do things a couple of times but they did finally do it right. I might use them again.

No details to it. He came out. Saw the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Still working perfectly. Very impressive.

Made appointment, dropped off pop up. Left for a few days was called when work completed. Service person, review all the work done, instructed my as how systems operated and gave me bill for services.

He arrived at the end of the time slot he had given me. (1 to 3 ) He replace a valve on my water tank and repaired the plug on my hot water heater. He also repaired 2 places the molding was coming loose. He worked on my sat dish and Generator and was suppose to return with additional parts and information. He never showed or called back..

They were a good company to work with.

This company was responsive and professional. He came out to where our RV is parked, gave an estimate, and completed the work within the time and for the amount he estimated.

Nothing much to tell here, he just did his job. He comes to you. You do not take your RV to him. There is a service call fee for this but it is less than it would cost in time and fuel to carry the RV to a service facility.
I have used the RV Doctor 4 to 5 time over several years. If you have an extended warranty he will file the claim form you. Very nice.!

Worked well with extended service warranty issues. Price is much less than other RV dealer shops. Comes to your location with mobile service truck.

Showed up on time, friendly and courteous. Cleaned up after each repair.

He ordered the parts and returned 2 weeks later to install the parts that he had ordered. One part cost $78.00 and the other one cost $300.00. I had an extended warranty on the RV which picked up about two-thirds of that cost. The electric landing gear failed. You can't load it or unload it from your pick-up or level it without the electric landing gear working. The motor and gear box bound up and wouldn't work anymore. I don't know if it was the motor or the gear box's fault but they are tied together as a unit. You replace one you replace the other. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it for the amount that he had estimated. I have used him 3 or 4 times before. I have been satisfied with him. He is trustworthy. He always has been with me. He has always given a written estimate to me any other time and the charge has matched his estimate. He is not dirt cheap but he is very fair. I had the work done in my driveway because the landing gear failed and I could not even load my truck to carry it anywhere. He charged me $75.00 as a service fee to come to the house which was not dirt cheap but was fair. It would have cost me $35.00 to drag the trailer across town to a service facility just for gasoline. It was a fair price for the work he did. He communicates back and forth very well. I have been very happy with him.

He was prompt and on time. He was much more reasonable than some of the large dealers. I plan to use him again in the future. I like that he came out to my house to do the repairs.

He came to my trailer, determined the problems, ordered parts, returned in about 10 days, and fixed the problems. Total cost for both visits, parts and labor was $198.78. Considering the other two RV repair shops I called, RV Doctor was a bargain. Both of the other shops told me it would be a month before they could fix the problems, due to their work load and the need to order parts. Plus, I would have to use my time and fuel to take the trailer to their shop.
