Provider did not return on the Friday he stated he would be back with "help." He wanted to cut down a tree and needed help.  I suggested a right angle (2x) around the tree.  Provider stated that such effort would cost another $200,00, I agreed, the tree is worth much more than that.  He departed for help and informed that he would return on Friday.  I took that Friday off ($), after calling the merchant at 10:00 that Friday,  I was informed that he would not be able to come to my home for repair that day.

They do a very good job.  They are always very friendly, and show up when they are supposed to.

To start with, within the first half an hour they managed to cut my main water supply line and caused a major leak and problem which took a while to repair  (which till this day I'm wondering if it was corrected properly). The on-site foreman (not Mr. Buyers) told me that normally the main water lines run a certain route to the home but that was obviously not the case in my home. I asked him if he had pulled the proper permits and he said yes they are in the truck but never showed them to me or properly displayed them. I, concerned called the city's water department and asked questions and found out about "dig test" which was never called to map out any potential buried utilities, so I halted work until "dig test" came out to mark off the buried utilities so  "I would not be responsible for damages" due to their negligence. That added 2 days to the project  and I told the foreman I wasn't happy about the handling of "certain oversights" and thought they weren't forthcoming with their answers. The job was completed and I had to ask Mr. Buyers to type a letter stating the error on their part of  damaging my water line (for future problems) and he promptly sent me one which read as if they did me the favor of fixing an existing leak in my water line, unbelievable! I have also had to have them out to fix on several occasions a leak in the main control valve box (I think that's the proper term) all within the 2 year warranty period to no avail as it still leaks and the new contractor said it was a terrible example of a jury rig and would have to be done over. To the workers credit, they worked hard in the heat and offered to pull out the remaining  shrubs i was trying to remove as they pulled up to start the job (my girlfriend told me the day before the job that she wanted the bushes removed, go figure), I think I took care of them both monetarily and with liquids throughout the job. I would not recommend Qualitiscape Services Inc. as per my experience with the problems and myself having to go to extremes they should have on this project. I realize that this is a very late review but as I have just joined "Angie's List" I wanted to submit this so that someone considering Qualitiscape could read it.

My Sprinkler would not work. They replaced the control box and said it was okay. It ran a couple of times then quit. They returned two times without charge and now it is working just fine.

Went just fine.
