Sharon and her team were thorough and professional. After having a franchise cleaning service for approximately six months, seeing the superior quality of service by Sharon's team was remarkable. We were very happy with the result and highly recommend this business.

They were very punctual. Sharon and her crew of three went right to work.Each one knew what their responsiblies were and they were fast and efficient. I was very pleased with the job their did and would use them again.

In addition to the above, she cleaned from top to bottom in each room. They were quiet and took no breaks. I will definitely call Sharon again on an "as needed basis."

They did very well. They completed everything in a short period of time.

We have been using this service for 6 months. We love Carol and her crew. They are punctual and efficient. They always do more than expected.

The girls were very polite and friendly. They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They did an awesome job on cleaning. Blinds alone are not an easy task but the girls took their time cleaning each blind and did a great job! I'm so impressed with the job they did that I have now requested a bi-weekly cleaning.

Excellent! They cleaned windows inside, walls, sills, bad boards, vents, silk plants. Vacuumed curtains, dusted all the furniture, cleaned bathrooms top to bottom, vacuumed and mopped. They did an excellent job plus they were very sweet ladies! I would highly recommend them

We have been using Sharon for several months now and really like her service. Sharon and her small crew show up on time. The house is super clean when they leave. We provide a steam floor and surface cleaner which they are happy to use. They will cheerfully do any extra cleaning that we ask for. Once we had to change the date and that was not a problem. We would recommend Sharon to anyone.

Sharon, Delores and Brittany showed up to clean the house. They arrived on time and started immediately. WOW! My house has never EVER been this clean. I have two dogs and a cat, and things get pretty dusty on a regular basis, but not anymore. They cleaned EVERYTHING (air vents, blinds, doors, under couch, around hot water heater and who knows what else that I missed). The place is spotless. The wood floors are gleaming. They are pretty busy so it did take a little bit to get on their rotation, but it's totally worth it. I can't wait until they come again in 2 weeks! I forgot to mention that they are all very nice and professional also. You do supply the cleaning products, but it's not a big deal. I had most of them anyways.

I called Sharon hoping to get some last-minute cleaning. She came right over and did an AMAZING job. The next time her team came was even better. They are personable, professional, and do a GREAT job cleaning. I can't tell you what a relief it is to go to work and come home to a clean house. They are meticulous and do a lot better job than I ever could. I would definitely recommend them.

These ladies are nice and on time. They have cleaned my house like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I love it! I'm using them monthy now and the price is more than worth it. They work so hard...I actually give them more than they ask. Would highly reccommend. They made things come clean that I have worked on for a while. They know what they are doing. I also get the same crew so I'm getting to know them and letting go of my trust issues about people in my home. This group of ladies is appreciated. Thanks Sharon and Carol!!

They clean my hise every other week and do a fantastic job every time!

When I initially contacted Sharon she told me she would be available to come to my home for an estimate that very evening -- which she did and went over thoroughly everything I needed cleaning. I too thought the price was a little steep but since it was termed a "deep cleaning" thought it worth a try. Glad I did! I was very pleased with all they did. I have lots of blinds & they were all dusted as were ceiling fans which needed a 10 foot ladder to reach them. Floors (tile & wood) were beautiful, etc., etc. I would certainly use her again.

The crew worked quietly and quickly and all did a great job. I have scheduled them to clean for me every other week.

Sharon changed the times of the service three times. Once was the night before because someone had canceled. When trying to decide on another time to clean after the first experience, she kept changing her mind which made it difficult to think about having the service a second time. Sharon made a list of cleaning supplies that she wanted at the house. This was an expensive endeavor. When she and three others arrived, she needed additional different cleaning items than the first list which I had to go out and purchase. She seemed disorganized and unable to give clear directions to those who came to work with her. When it was time to write the check, she wanted it made out to one of her helpers, not to her. Her card had her name and phone number on it but nothing else to identify her. She said she preferred cash. During the cleaning experience, I came upstairs to find the dirty dusters on my bed. Someone was cleaning in my bathroom while another girl was standing around. The light switches downstairs were cleaned but the ones upstairs were still dirty. The service used ten full size car cleaning rags and then left them on the washing machine for me to launder. They also used eight new sponges. The trash and discarded materials from cleaning were put into plastic bags that did not make it into the large trash container in the garage. The fire extinguisher and the trash can from the bathroom were left on the closed toilet upstairs. The massive bottle of windex used to fill the spray bottles which I had gotten at Sharon's request, was left unscrewed and caused leakage which I had to clean up this morning. All in all this was not a professional service for the cost expended. The cost was $220 plus over $100 in cleaning supplies she specifically requested. We will not use her and would not recommend her.

A few weeks ago, Sharon came to our home to give us pricing and we discussed scheduling. She and the team cleaned yesterday. They arrived an hour ahead of schedule after calling to make sure it was okay. This team of 4 got right after it. I supply all cleaning supplies (which I prefer anyway). I left for an appointment, and when I got home about 2-1/2 hours later, my home was very very very clean. If they missed cleaning something, I haven't found it yet. I knew they were going to be good when (1) They got stepladders first thing from the garage and (2) Asked me where the extended pole for cleaning up high was. I am very particular about cleaning, and I can honestly say they cleaned like I do...if I could hold up to 8 hours of cleaning, up and down ladders getting the places we don't routinely clean, etc. I especially like the Team of 4. They're like a SWAT team, and it is so nice to have things totally done in such a short time. The wood and slate floors look great. Likewise the bathrooms, blinds, stairs, polished furniture and kitchen--everywhere. They're all very personable and professional. I have confidence in their integrity, have scheduled them bi-weekly, and am really looking forward to having them again in 2 weeks.

Sharon and her staff always done a very complete job with much more attention to detail than the other services we have used. She is very willing to work with individua requests and is flexable in scheduling service dates. She requests and quickly responds to any change and establishes her work routine based on individual needs. We use her service on a regular basis and have found the cleaning is so well done that we have gone to bi-weekly cleaning. Before we had weekly service. At first look the price seems higher than others,but we have determined that based on actual hours worked by her and her staff, the price is very competive. This is the first housekeeping service we have been able to recommend. The entire crew works hard, is pleasant, careful and does an esxcellent job.

Very good job and had a assistant to help. On time and seemed very polite, professional and did a good job.

Sharon first came and evaluated what needed to be done. We agreed on the cost and the job was set up to be done on the following Saturday. She and her team showed up, right on time, and methodically started to do a deep cleaning. They cleaned, mopped, dusted and vacuumed my kitchen, bathrooms and living areas and left everything spotless. I was very pleased with the job they did. They were punctual, honest and attentive to detail. Sharon called me, about a week later, to inquire if I had any issues concerning the job they had done. This was very thoughtful. I plan to certainly use them again.

I am very satisfied with Sharon and her staff. My house had been neglected for quite a while and the house needed a thorough deep-clean. She and her staff came prepared and knew exactly what was needed to restore the house to tip-top clean. I would definitely recommend her in the future and am currently considering using the service on a more frequent basis.

Serive , quality and completeness has been very good. If there is an issue or you prefer so0mething done differently, they will do it.

The team does excellent work. They do the work the way the customer wants it done. Work is very well done and complete. Pricing is on the high side, but on a cost per hour worked they are competative. Others charge less but spend less time and do not do the work as well. Ther is usually a team of three.

We wanted someone to clean our house before we moved in, but we had to find someone at the last minute because we weren't sure what time we were going to be able to close on our new home. We called several people, but most were already booked or unwilling to take a job at the last minute. Carol and Anna were prompt (and were able to come in a few hours after we'd called on a Friday afternoon), very polite, and did a great job cleaning our house. They wiped out all of the cabinets/drawers, cleaned the bathrooms, dusted the blinds and the bookshelves, and cleaned the floors. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience, and I would definitely use them again.

Previously I had tried cleaning services, which were usually good in the beginning but the quality of cleaning quickly became poor and/or inconsistent. Another issue I had with cleaning services and some individuals I used in the past was that It was never the same person(s) or, in the case of individuals, they would bring a different friend/helper with them each time which made me uncomfortable. Sharon has been cleaning my house every other week for 3 years. The quality of her work is excellent and very consistent. She brings another person along with her to clean and this has been the same individual for the past couple of years. They are reliable and very professional and I feel comfortable with them in my home. I highly recommend Housecleaning by Sharon.
