We have had them since we moved here. We have had them for like four years now. It is a monthly fee of $140. Their quality is an A. They are very punctual.

Cottage Care comes out once a month to clean my house. They are very thorough when they clean. One thing I like about them is their flexiblity with regards to scheduling. Often times I had to reschedule and they were very accomodating. Also, I had requested at one point for a specific lady to clean and Leslie made sure that Nancy is assigned to our home everytime. I've used them for over a year now and will continue to do so.

Very good - they did everything as agreed and the house is very clean.

We started off pretty well. Although we have a 3 bedroom house, we only had them clean our master bedroom as one of the rooms is an office/catch all room and the second room is a guest room that we would have cleaned only before or after we had overnight guests. Otherwise, they would clean the guest bath, living room, kitchen and dining room. I noticed that things started to decline after the owner left/or sold the business. He was constantly calling and following up with me to see how the cleaning was going. Once he left, the phone calls stopped and the cleaning slowly went downhill. There were days where I noticed the floors were not done, or that they would only clean the traffic areas vs. under the coffee table and furniture. We have laminate flooring, so it would be really easy to clean those spaces, but it was rarely done. Then I began to notice the haphazard way that they would make our bed. I would have them change the sheets but then before bed I would have to remake the bed because sheets were not tucked into the end of the mattress. I guess my biggest issue was the inconsistency of the cleaning as sometimes it was fine and other times it was hard to know if they had made it by the house that day. The current owner and the girls that would clean our house were always very polite and professional, and I would likely use them again but would be more vocal about the things that bothered me. We decided to reduce our expenses this year so the maid service was one of the first things on the list that we eliminated.

We have used them for over a year. Lately they have changed management and we are extremely happy with the results. They send the same person every other week to clean our house. They are easy to work with when I need to change our cleaning day. They do a good job and if they miss something, they will come back if you wish. Let them know if you wish them to take special attention with something such as wiping down the cabinets in the kitchen, they are happy to do so.

We had to change the date and they were very easy to work wirh on rescheduling. The crew of 2 came 30 minutes late. The baths were claened well, the kitchen was poorly done left with streaks on the stove and stove control knobs left uncleaned, lamps were not dusted in the living room and denfceiling fans not dusted, furniture poorly dusted, part of floor left unclean. We had used this service on before with good results(about 2 years ago) and are looking for a weekly cleaning service. This experience was just not up to par. We had to finish the cleaning ourselves.

It was a first visit for $150. Unfortunately, they were not punctual. They were supposed to be here between 9:00 am and 9:30 am but they arrived at about 9:40 am. There were two people and they did not do an adequate job of cleaning in the time that I needed for them to be finished and we had discussed that beforehand. They did not do an adequate job of cleaning. In fact someone had to come the next day with the manager to reclean our house. I was pleased since they remedied it the next day and the manager was involved in it. Perhaps I might use their services again in the future.

I am amazed at how clean they get everything in a short time. Unlike other services however, they don't tear through the house in a hurry or treat things roughly. This company has a system for doing things, and it works well. They're very organized and well-run. What I especially like is that their people work quietly, efficiently and professionally.

Cottage Care was able to give me a detailed estimate over the phone. They scheduled service for the following week and were able to accommodate my request for a specific day of the week. They offered two arrival times, morning (around 8:00 am-9:00 am) and afternoon (12:00 pm-1:00 pm). The same lady came to clean my house both times. The owner/manager came by during the initial visit and was very friendly. He called to remind me of upcoming cleanings and was willing to reschedule when I had to unexpectedly leave town. The cleaning lady spent about an hour and half cleaning my house each time. She had a check list that kept track of what she needed to clean. I would have preferred a more flexible cleaning. For example, I have mirrors in a bedroom that never seemed to be cleaned and I guessed it was because the checklist did not have mirrors listed on the list of things to clean in a bedroom. In general, I felt like the cleanings were very light and I preferred a deeper clean. After two or three cleanings, I canceled the cleaning service and decided to do it myself for a while.

They are flexible with what parts you need cleaned. They are super detailed and I am pleased with them. I get the same person every time to come to my house. She is happy and cheerful and works really hard all of the time. The manager calls me to check on the work as well. I think they are really thorough.
