Apple Inc - Fort Worth

I used Apple for an ipad purchase.  I bought it about a month ago.  It cost $600-$700.

It went well except for the cost I had just bought the IPAD

in June as a bithday present and didn't think it was cost so much.  I love Apple but the price their products are expensive.

I only use Macintosh.

It is fantastic. They did the download and told me how to put all the apps back on. I've upgraded since with the IO5. They are technically good, even the people up front. They set appointments and it might be one or two days to get the appointment. They can talk any Mac talk. They are very good. The apps store works like a charm. They don't charge for normal stuff. They have tech support as long as we own the iPad. They are pricey but in terms of value, why would I buy anything else. It does what I want it to do. We use the iPad for our GPS.

This place is great. There is always someone (usually more than one person) at the door to greet you and point you in the right direction. They have always had what we wanted on hand. Everyone is always eager to help with whatever you need--even putting the screen covers you just bought onto your iPhones--and their portable card readers make lines at the register a thing of the past. It's almost always a quick in and out visit--no muss, no fuss.

I chose the Apple Store because I wanted an Apple product and they were close to my house. Sometimes it is impossible to find someone at the store to help you. I am satisfied with the quality of the product.  I will give them a "B" for my overall experience.

Everyone was very polite. I was greeted quickly upon entering the store and had easily found the model I was interested in checking out. After much looking, I decided that I should do some more research online before buying a notebook computer, so I did not buy anything that day.
