Description of Work: The receptionist said she was new, and didn't know what I was referring to when I told her I had purchased the "Angie's List" garage door tune up. I asked her to check with someone else at the office and they didn't know what I was referring to either. They were going to charge me a fee just to come to my home ( which was not listed in the fine print, or anywhere else). Then they said they would not be replacing the garage rollers (as advertised) until the technician had a chance to inspect the door. That was not in the advertisement either. I cancelled my service call at that point and am seeking a refund. PayPal has already charged my account for this service.

Description of Work: I purchased the $79 garage door tune-up and roller replacement. The tech was professional and came before the expected window. He mentioned I had a part that was old and is still operational but might need to be replaced soon. He showed me the value in replacing it with a newer part but did not pressure me to buy. I decided to have him replace it. Glad I did, I see the difference.
