Nate was extremely easy to work with including making some very helpful suggestions, even to talking us out of work that didn't really need doing. He and his team were prompt and finished the work very quickly with no sacrifice in quality.

Overall, very satisfied with both jobs. We will hire him again!!

I was so disappointed in this company after having read all the glowing reviews. I spoke with Nathan on a Friday and asked him to give me an estimate to remove the popcorn, retexture, and paint the ceilings in 3 rooms of my home. He was driving and was distracted in the conversation, but never asked to call me back. Presumbly, he was taking my information down, but who knows. We agreed to meet around 1:00 p.m. the next day so he could give me a quote. He never showed up. He never called. I waited for 1.5 hours past our agreed-upon time, and nothing! Needless to say, I'm NOT impressed.

They did an excellent job and were amazingly fast as well as good.

Nathan responded quickly to set up an appointment and was punctual. He sent me an estimate that day in email for the job. He was informative and personable.

I got Nathan's name from a prior decorative painter, he was HIGHLY recommended. Nathan came to give us a quote. He listened intently and took notes on all my requests. There were many small details. He sent the quote that covered everything on my list and we scheduled the work. He only scheduled 2 days and I was a little nervous. There was no need. His team of 3, including Nathan, arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were neat and conscientious. My husband is EXTREMELY detailed. At the end of day 1 he was only able to identify 1 area he marked with blue tape to be corrected. (I would never have seen it) Nathan corrected it and even identified an area that needed some repair we had not seen. He fixed it and everything looks beautiful. I am so happy!!! I will be hiring him again to paint the entire downstairs next year. Nathan is a gem!!!!

I am extremely happy with Nathan's work! I highly recommend him for all of your drywall needs. I recently had new windows installed throughout my 23-year-old house. The window installers showed me old moisture damage around the window returns of two of my very large windows. They said that if I got somebody out to do the drywall repairs in the next 5 days, they would make a special visit 5 days later to reinstall my plantation shutters. Consequently, I felt pressed to get these repairs done quickly, but well. Nathan expertly repaired the damaged areas. Now they look like new! I found Nathan here on Angie's List and read his other excellent reviews. Using his website, I emailed him very late at night on Tuesday. I was surprised to get a response about 30 minutes later! Even better, Nathan said he could be out there at exactly my requested time and day to complete the work. Since I was in a time crunch, I asked Nathan to do the work first and just give me a price later. Because of his excellent reviews, I trusted him to give me a fair price after he did the work. And he did! When my son spontaneously decided to come home from college while Nathan was there, I felt comfortable enough to leave Nathan alone in my home for an hour while he worked and we ate lunch! This is not like me. But I trusted Nathan. Nathan showed up exactly at the appointed time. His work was totally top-notch. He took care of all of my surrounding property and cleaned up well when he was done. He was a total pleasure to work with. He's an excellent communicator and is clearly an honest man. I am a bit of a perfectionist and kind of a 'nervous shopper.' And yet, I felt comfortable with Nathan from the start. Part of that was by virtue of the fact that others had highly recommended him on Angie's List, and part of that was by virtue of the fact that Nathan put me at ease beginning with the first email and all the way through to the final repairs. I highly recommend Nathan's Painting & Home Improvement! This was a wonderful, easy, personable and caring experience. And my window returns look like new!

Great price and very quick and efficient! Cleaned up all the area. Very professional - even fixed an area where a squirrel was trying to get in.

Did a great job on fixing ceiling damage due to a leak. Can't tell it was ever there. Charged me less than his estimate. Great guy. Shows up on time.

They arrived exactly on time, got right to work, and worked quickly and well. Everything was protected by plastic, and there was not a drop of paint spilled. All the furniture was put back exactly and even knickknacks were put back precisely. It was like little painting elves had visited, transformed the ceilings, and then left my home spotless. The workmen were polite, pleasant, and professional.I highly recommend Nathan's Painting.

Nathan's crew just left our house after 3 days of painting. Most of the inside of the house was repainted and wallpaper either covered over or, where we had already taken it down, the wall had to be textured and painted. We have really high ceilings and there was no way was I going to tackle those ceilings on a ladder by myself. They did a fabulous job!! I found Nathan to be very willing to go that extra mile and he even performed extra services that he didn't charge me for (such as gluing back up a few tiles that had fallen off in the bathroom when we tore down the wallpaper, and caulking around some new tile that I had put down in the bathroom). He even moved a few boxes to the garage for me in anticipation of the move. We left and went to a movie the last afternoon, and when we got back, the blinds in the kitchen had been replaced. They really needed to be replaced anyway, but Nathan said he had gotten a spot of paint on one of the fabric blinds, so he went out and bought new faux wood blinds for the kitchen. It made such a difference in the look of the kitchen - and he was going to absorb the cost of the blinds himself since it was his mistake. In fact, I had trouble getting him to charge me for them. I finally had to refuse to pay him until he added the blinds to the bill!! No way was I going to let him absorb the cost of those blinds - especially since I felt the cost of the job was already way below what anyone else would have charged. I found his entire crew to be totally trustworthy and professional. I had no problem with leaving them alone in the house while they were there working. I would DEFINITELY hire Nathan and his crew to paint my house again and will definitely recommend him to friends, family and anyone I come across looking for a house painter!!!!

I found Nathan online and hunted him down on facebook as well. He was very nice, gave me a reasonable price for repairing and texturing my bathroom walls. Nate was able to get my job on his schedule very quickly. He explained to me that he would be sending out one of his men and that he would stop by later in the day. Nate came by several times to make sure everything was going well. And was present as the project was wrapped up. I was very satisfied with him and his company and will be using them again.

We received 3 estimates for interior painting in our new house. Nathan was recommended by a friend in the area and came over the same day I sent an email for an estimate. He was able to schedule the job quickly, and while I normally don't like going with the lowest estimate, I do like supporting small local businesses. Nathan is very professional, very friendly, and unlike the other companies, I liked that Nathan was at the house each day of the job and painting with his guys (2 on the first day, 1 on the following days), not just a salesperson. He accommodated our last minute changes when we removed a closet from the initial estimate and added the doors. His team was on time every day, worked late with our approval to cut down the number of days they had to be at the house, and it was obvious they have worked together for a long time. They did a great job around all our trim in the formal dining, and went above & beyond, asking if they could fix a crack in the ceiling I didn't even see. They also painted the inside of our exterior doors, although we didn't originally ask for those, and they look so much better! Nathan also asked us to walk around and point out any areas that might need touch ups on the last day, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. My only minor problem was that despite having cloths down everywhere, I found a few paint spots on our tile. I was able to clean them up fairly easily. I was very pleased with the experience, and will hire them again for painting or other jobs around the house.
