Hot Shot Pressure Washing

When I called on Saturday they were on a job and Fernando called me back later that afternoon. He came out later and assessed the job; we decided on a price Sunday and he started on Monday. He told me he would be here between 7and 9am. It stated to rain but he said he would be there when it stopped arount 11am. The rain stopped at 11am and he arrived at 1pm. He left Ray to move my patio furniture out of the way and sweep the roof debris. Ray moved the patio items just off the patio (I didn't know the spray would drench everything with muddy water). Fernando left (I assume to go to other jobs) and Ray had wait for him. Fernando came and went. When he returned around 7pm I showed him all the debris and mud they had sprayed in my pool. No response. I asked him to skim the top. The pool was black; the dirt settled the next day and it took 2 days to filter out. Begrudgingly, he said he would come clean it the next week. They were still pressure washing when it was pitch dark. I went out and told them to stop and come back. It was too dark to see. He wanted to finish the driveway before leaving. He had another job the next morning and said he would be back around 1pm Tuesday. It started raining hard around 1pm and all my items from the patio were getting drenched. I was upset. He said they would be back around 5pm that afternoon; they didn't return until 6:50 pm on Wednesday (the next day). By this time I was very upset. All my patio items were soaked, they had moved the buckets of chlorine tablets to the side of the pool and somehow spilled them. They threw about 6 tablets into the pool, didn't replace the weight on top of the lid; the bucket had 5" of rain in it ruining the remainder of the tabs. Fernando saw the tabs in the pool but still acted like they had not done it. Ray tried to clean up the area and place my items back on the patio but he didn't get the mud and grit off most items. I sent pictures to Fernando - mud and grit on everything, glass doors/sidelights covered with grit, black hose marks on a door. It goes on and on. I told him I would clean the sidelights, but as I found more cleaning was necessary, I asked them to come back and finish cleaning up. He said he would come back and he kept saying they were close by and would be there soon. They still had not arrived by 6:40pm and I told him I was tired of waiting. I would clean everything myself. The whole ordeal was not good. They took the job knowing that they had other jobs waiting for them to complete. The driveway and side walk looks great but their unprofessionalism and failure to finish the job promptly and clean up is unacceptable.
