They were great. He was professional and on time. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. He would call to follow-up. He scheduled something, and just like anything else in the construction business when things change for other clients, it always affects other ones as well. They have to come and shuffle things around which is totally understandable. He was always good about communicating what was going on. I dealt with quite a few people recently in the past, and he was probably one of the easier ones to deal with because he was honest and did what he said. I didn’t mind leaving him and his crew in or out of the house when I wasn’t there without a problem. It was all positive. With regard to price, I had other quotes. His was the best quote and I actually liked the service and him. I liked him better than some of the other ones. I don’t know honestly because I'm not in construction. It probably could have been done cheaper. But he did a good job, and he was less expensive than all the other bids that I got. I think it was fair. I noticed that he was conscientious about checking the work. He even said that he did a walkthrough and saw some things that he wanted to get them to fix. I didn’t have to tell him. He kind of took it upon himself. I thought that was good. Normally, we have to bend over backwards to get them to do it. We will see; there are some things that are going to be touched up after paint and trim goes in. We will see how well he follows up then after he got paid. As of right now, it's all good. The hard part is with him and his company, there are different guys that probably do different levels of work. It wasn’t just one guy doing the job. They were there whenever he said they were going to be there. If they weren't going to be for some reason, and we had planned it. If something got held up at another job and he couldn’t get in there, he always would let me know ahead of time and saying that they were running over there, but that they were going to be there at this time and asked if that was good. As long as they communicate with me, I'm good. Their professionalism was good. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
