Juan is a really professional and courteous, he made the process of having to do a whole Home remodel very easy and stress free. He took the time to explain everything thing in detail and made the whole process stress free. I will be working with him from now on on any and all future projects. I have to admit did not showed up on the established time. However, they did showed up. Very pleased with the work done. He manage to bring the Lint vent back in place without hanving to break the wall and saved me a lot of money. I would definetely hire him again. I have called several handyman recently and they don't return my calls or do not show up. Juan is very courteous and professional made it to my place and that is a plus in my book.

I had a good experience with the contractor. We had a minor communication error but it was quickly resolved and I was happy with the work. I even hired them for additional work. Juan were very professional, completed the work on schedule, and made any adjustments I asked for.

Mr. Juan showed up as planned to fix my light fixture, adjust/fix/paint two side gates, replaced/painted the garage exit door and installed spikes on the roof as we agreed to. Based on his reliable work and attention to detail, I plan on rehiring him in a few weeks when we move from our current house to another one.

I googled searched an electrician and submitted the services I needed. Within minutes Juan called me and I was pleasantly surprised that he called me that quickly. He and one of his workers showed up on time and were very professional. They identified the issue and fixed the problem by replacing a part and were done quickly. I would definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate to call them again for any home issue.

Finally found the right handyman! Juan was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable concerning the repair jobs and also the painting of our home. we were very pleased with Juan's overall work knowledge and pricing of the various jobs he did for us.

I couldn't be more pleased with all the work that was done. Juan showed up when he said he would, kept me informed of what he was doing, kept his word on everything that we had agreed to. He finished all of the work ahead of schedule but took his time in being sure I was pleased and happy with the job.

Juan called me to schedule an appointment while I was still on the phone with Home Advisor initially. He is very punctual and provided a fair / honest quote. His worker did a great job painting my trim and Juan made sure it was done the right way before I paid. I will use them again in th future.

I contacted Juan to repair leak for storage shed. Only one corner was leaking but Juan suggested replacing entire roof. New roof was added on top of old roof. Was told he would install the best roof in the business called prima cloth/ mesh. Would be 2 coats. Added 1st coat then left. Came back 4 hour later. I looked at the work and it did not look good. They said it was fine. They then added 2nd coat. Two days later it rained and leaked again. I called and spoke to Juan and he came out but said it was too wet. This was 2 months ago. Since then he has been avoiding me and making excuses. I was given a 2 year warrant.

The small handyman projects went very well. He is very fair in pricing.
