Synthetic Coating

Excellent. Every part of the work was fully explained at the start and was then accomplished as promised, on time. Popcorn ceiling texture removal, re-texturing and painting was all done throughout the house -- about six rooms-- for a very reasonable price. Synthetic Coating is clearly experienced in this type of work. This is evident from the care they take in protecting walls, floors, and furniture from the removed texture debris, and in each step of the work to the final cleanup. Hire them!

Fantastic. My time is valuable. Its difficult to schedule time off for things like this. Juan Lozano showed up prpmptmy on time for the estimate and for the actual job. Was professional. Provided excellent service and cleaned up once he finished. I'll use him again for sure.

Overall it was a good job, quick and efficient and a good price. This was a door repair, but the door stain is not the same color as our other doors. After they left we thought to ask for the color so we could do additional coats to get it darker to match, but never heard back. There is also a small dent in the door already just to the left of the door handle, so I cannot tell if the door is not lining up properly with the wall and it caused the dent.

Juan provided a estimate on a tear down job at first. Then I changed my mind and wanted to rebuild the deck entirely. He was professional, patient, and added his expertise on codes, regulations, and weather related options that would maintain the beauty and origination of the neighborhood. The workmanship, paint, deck safety and door good were done and completed in working condition. Upon completion, I noticed two minor cleanup things and he quickly took care of those and reported back to me on their completion. He was very easy and likeable to work with. I would recommend Juan for other jobs.

Good people Juan team did a fantastic job

Juan was professional. He came and did some cabinet carpentry work for me. Because he did a good job I hired him to do the painting of cabinets and island. He was also able to do another small wallboard job that I would have to do later. I will gladly refer him and hire him again.
