all was prompt, he worked clean, was courteous and professional in every way. the fellow who came was juan, who is not the owner, but represents the firm well. the charge seemed a bit high, since he was on site less than an hour, but i'm happy to have the work done that i was unable to do. i will call ABC again, when the need comes up.

They were the cheapest in town for the service I required. There was only one person helping me and he was very friendly.

Overall, ABC did a great job. It was the only locksmith able to arrive on Monday morning, although they did not arrive exactly on time; their prices were competitive. They took extra care to ensure I owned the house before opening the door. Once inside, ABC did their work quickly and unobtrusively. ABC seemed very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Job well done!

I lost the keys to my small home safe so i stopped by ABC Lock and Key. I asked the locksmith if he could open the safe for me. He followed me to my car in the parking lock where I opened the trunk and in two or three minutes he had the safe open
for a charge of $5.00.
He explained that he would make a new key for $15.00 if I wanted one. I decided to have a new key made and in one hour I was on my way with my new key.
This whole operation was done very professionally and was an enjoyable experience.
