I called in the morning and he came out later that afternoon. He was very polite and explained what he had to do to get my door working. He did an amazing job and had it fixed within the hour. He even went as far as to program my vehicle. Great customer service!!!!

The gentleman arrived as scheduled and was friendly and professional. He also checked the overall function of the opener systen and lubed the moving parts.

Did not replace the rollers as advertised. Could have gotten a groupon for half the price without roller replacement. I had to call someone else soon after to come and make adjustments.

I got in touched with him and he said that he would come out and get it done and I did not have any issues with what he did. Took advantage of the new coupon specials. I have used him before for repair work and again I was very satisfied with the quality of his work. I have two 2 car garage doors. These are solid wood panel garage doors and very heavy. They are ten years old. This was preventive maintenance - check all wear parts, lube all rollers and chains. Reset all limit switches. The doors are now working very quietly and smoothly. As before he calls in advance to setup an appointment. He arrives on time and performs the work in a timely and professional manner. No hidden surprise charges. I would recommend him to anyone and definitely will use him in the future.

I recently purchased my first home and overlooked several things and was actually a bit naive to the repair process and needless to say was taken advantage of. Well my garage door started to completely malfunction. I first saw Alloyd's Garage Door and Opener parked in front of a neighbors home next to me and took down the number, then after reading some reviews I decided to give them a try. I called in on Good Friday, so I wasn't sure if they would be open or not, however they were open and quoted me a ETA and a price based on the time it takes to make the repair. The gentleman that came to my home was right on time and since it only took about 15-20 to assess and complete the services needed it was only $55!!! Not Bad. He said that it was basically wired all wrong....

Company contacted me and set up an appointment, showed up as promised. I showed him the door and demonstrated the noise and jerking of the door as it opened. He stated that the jerking was due to the spring. Apparently that isn't part of his service. He replaced the rollers and sprayed lubricant over the rollers, tracks, and springs. Door still jerks when opened but it is quieter.

Arrived on time, performed the desired work in a timely manner and the prices were reasonable.

The Salesman quoted a total price of $400 but this price turned out to be about $450 total as I had to order a Repeater Kit for about $50 from the factory before the Lift would work when using the automobile buttons. I think the salesman made an honest oversight mistake, also the installer and and owner by not knowing the Repeater Kit is a "must have" in my case -- but they should have known about that technical feature. I learned about this feature by reading the Lift Master's Operators Handbook myself.

I was prepared to purchase a new garage door opener if necessary. The door was hanging on the way up and when closed would not remain closed. He checked the mechanical parts and told me that he thought that changing out the ear box would correcte the problems. He showed me the worn gears and provided a price for fixing the problem. He changed out the parts, adjusted everything, tested it and was done in less than an hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable and probably save me about $200.00.

My garage door had stuck a few times and needed service. They came out the day after Christmas which was really nice. I would use them again and recommend them to all.
