They did a really good job. Everything was good about dealing with them.

My experience with them went well. He was really good. He was really responsive. He called me back and came right out. He gave me an estimate and talked about what we were going to do. When the people came to do the work, however, all the stuff that we had agreed was not conveyed to them. So they had to call back and verify what they were supposed to do. In the end, they did a good job. The price was okay.

It went well. The provider was very good.

They did an excellent job. It was done in September, and it has held it's color. They cleaned the tile, but the grout had darkened over the years. She said it will never stain, and it will always retain it's color, and we are not in February, and it has stayed. She was able to take it back to it's original color. It took about 2 weeks to complete the work. It was a laborious task. The owner said that he wouldn't let any of the guys do it because they didn't have the patience, because you have to do line to line. I was very pleased.

Joe and his team are professional, efficient, and do excellent work! I would highly recommend them for tile work.

Obviously I can't rate him on quality since no work was performed, but all other indicators were very positive. I don't recall the exact proposed price; $300 is just ballpark. I was asking him to essentially repair grout and replace/add silicon caulk in and around the shower.

These guys did a great job! After having family for Thanksgiving found out our shower was leaking. I have done a couple of bathroom remodeling jobs myself in the past to already know what the problem was. Moved into a house that had been renovated and they install the shower pan liner incorrectly. I didn't have time to do the repair myself. Called Joe up, he was very prompt and polite, showed up agreed with my assessment and offered a quote. They were busy but managed to work us in. Quoted 2 days did the job in 2.5. They did an amazing job with no BS, came in, did the work didn't leave a mess and looks great. would recommend them again!

This is the second time I have used The Tile Doctor and they did an amazing job. I remodeled my childrens bathrooms and I did not want to have to rip out the tile and redo drywall and retile but the showers were mildewy and old looking and a few tiles looked like they may pop off soon and the seams were cracked and mildewed. Joe at The Tile Doctor suggested removing the existing grout and regrouting. He offered me choices in color and made suggestions. I honestly was blown away when I saw the finished job. The tile and showers look brand new. It far exceeded my expectations. The guys were on time, did the job on time and cleaned up. I was very pleased and I wish I had before and after pictures to show. My showers look brand new without the expense of a complete redo!

They did a great job. The owner was very responsive to both email and phone calls and always got back with me promptly. He came out quickly and did an estimate and was upfront about potential issues that might be encountered. They were booked pretty far in the future, so probably need some advanced notice to schedule the actual repairs. Staff were friendly and respectful when doing the actual work.

When I moved into the condo the floors were so filthy I didn't walk barefoot on the tile. It required a lot of hot steam and elbow grease to get the tile clean. When she started to paint the grout she said I wasn't going to like the color I picked out. She brought in another color and put it down on a small portion of the floor. I LOVED it. It brightens and brings out the natural colors in the slate. She then put a sealer on the tile that makes it shine. I am very pleased with the results.

From the very first e-mail, Joe communicated clearly, we arranged convenient appointment times and he called before arriving. The free estimate was clear and allowed for changes if more damage was discovered. Even though the original appointment was scheduled for November, a cancellation allowed the work to be scheduled in September instead. When Daniel arrived with his helper, he got right to work tearing out the old tile and backerboard. Both were neat and courteous and worked non-stop from arrival to departure. They completed the work in two days, then Joe came by to seal the grout 48 hours later. I can't wait to use my shower again! It looks beautiful and I really missed it. Such a wonderful solution to our problem and economical too. I would certainly recommend The Tile Doctor to anyone needing tile repairs. They are a very skilled and professional and saved me from an expensive remodel by repairing my 16 year old shower.

I was very pleased on how my 23 year old bath tub surround looked after they finished. Better than new.

They did a really good job of replacing my cracked tiles. I only had a limited number of replacement tiles so they took great care to make sure to do the work with the tiles I had. It looked like it was original so it was great. I would recommend them. The first time I used them some money was missing but I may have replaced it. This time I kept a better eye on them. I would use them again but I would make sure to be there.

Joe came out promptly to give me a quote and he was very thorough. Daniel did the tile work and he did a wonderful job. I am very happy with the work they did for me and would definitely hire them again. I had a really old shower and Daniel had to work hard to rip out the old one. You may have to wait a bit to get them scheduled for the job but it will be worth the wait.

Daniel, the guy that came down, was just fabulous. He was very efficient and I'm looking at it right now, he did such a nice job.

Wonderful. I had several bids before I settled on The Tile Doctor. I had to wait 3 months to get them but they were worth the wait. The floor in the master shower looks fantastic.

These people are the real deal. My kitchen looks fantastic, better than expected. The kitchen floor looks brand new after they did their magic with the grout. The backsplash is superb which I bought that at Floor and Décor and Daniel complimented me on my choice. Tumbled travertine interlocking 2" x 4" on mesh is the way to go, less cuts and less waste. I had a box left over so less money too. Very professional job. I feel very fortunate to have found them and would use them again.

It was fabulous! Mr. Wilson was very responsive and accomodating with my schedule. Daniel is a true craftsman in his attention to detail and completion of the project. He was willing to share his expertise and knowledge to satisfy my questions and concerns. At the conclusion of each day the area was cleaned up with his work tools confined. This consideration carried through the completion of the job. I have scheduled The Tile Doctor to return to work on another bathroom.

I reached out to The Tile Doctor via email and he quickly responded and said to call him to set up an estimate. He also let me know at the time he was booked out a couple of months which was a good sign to me that he does good work. He was able to provide an estimate in my home within a couple of days. He called me on the way and let me know he was running a few minutes late due to traffic. He was incredibly kind, courteous and professional. He provided a written estimate the next day and I told him to put me on the calendar for next available. He had a cancellation and was able to get me in much sooner which I appreciated. On the day of the service, he arrived on time and got to work. We quickly found out the problem was very poor installation by the previous owner who was a DIY'er. The Tile Doctor removed two layers of tile and then replaced with new tile. He also re-caulked the corners of the shower. It looks great and I am very please with the results. I will remodel my hall bath in the next year or two and will definitely use this provider again and recommend to friends and family needing a good tile service provider.

We made an appointment for an estimate which was performed immediately and with full disclosure of the work to be done and the price. We scheduled the service for the company's first available date. The job was done professionally. The man who performed the job was a hard work and a real craftsman. We could not be happier with the final outcome.

I didn't end up using The Tile Doctor because I needed to get my house listed and he was busy. This is a good thing because it shows how well his business is doing and how in demand he is as a service provider. I could tell by speaking with him that he knew his business. He wasn't going for the quick fix, he would fix everything the right way and do beautiful work at the same time. And his prices were more than reasonable too. This guy is just quality all the way around. If my house hadn't sold in one day, I would have certainly had him come out and do the repairs.

We are totally happy with the quality of work and the price. Daniel did great work, really paid attention to details. His tile laying and grouting/caulking was far nicer that the original builder. We will use him again, and recommend him highly.

He was very available to me and worked around my schedule to get the job done. Two people were here doing the work and they did a great job. Scheduling went well and it took them about 4 days total to complete everything. The results are outstanding.
