Spray Tex Painting

Originally we were not completely satisfied with the finished product. Josh and Mason personally went above and beyond to address our concerns. The work was completed to our satisfaction. Great customer service.

After my initial review of the work the owner/s called to follow up and within two days had a crew at our home to remedy the situation. Josh and Mason both came out to make sure that everything was finished to our complete satisfaction. This level of customer service is rarely seen these days and is what every business owner and manager should strive to achieve. Every business will have an unhappy customer occasionally but how it is addressed is what determines excellence or mediocrity and these gentlemen have what it takes. I was very pleased and impressed.

Our project involved our shed and siding on our chimney being repainted. Unfortunately, the contractor they sent out did a subpar job painting initially, they had to come out a 2nd time to fix the 1st contractors work. Also, I have now noticed (a few months later after walking on my roof) that they never fully painted my siding on my chimney. 9/26/2020 Edit: As of recently after going through our options to address the issues with Josh the Operations Manager, we were able to come to a fair resolution, therefore I have updated my review by adding a star for the good customer service.

The team at Spray Tex were incredible, professional and dependable. We had the entire interior of our home painted and they knocked it out of the park. From prep to the last step of the final walk through they made sure every blind, mirror and light switch were working perfectly. They took their time and painted our 1979 walls to look like a model home. You definitely want a quote from these folks. They were 20-25% less expensive and didn't cut any corners. Big thank you to Sam, Josh, Jackie and your crew for making an overwhelming project worthwhile.
