They are here every 3 weeks. The price is reasonable.

The cleaning job was fine but this overall rating is for the sketchy pricing tactics. They are very friendly on the phone such that it gets you thinking you want to do business with them but beware they are not totally up front about how they charge. The house was not that dirty to begin with, my tenant actually even hired a cleaning lady to clean before he moved out but she missed a few things such as the stove top, inside the oven, dusty fans, crumbs in kitchen drawers, vacuum carpet (not a professional job -- that is why I decided to hire professionals to clean the house to have it move-in ready so the new tenants can feel good about moving in to a clean home and not have to worry about scrubbing it down before they unpack their stuff). I was told the estimate was about 12 hrs worth of work around $520. That was shocking because bigger cleaning companies in the DFW area were quoting around a little over $300. And I have used their services before at the $300 range. I told her as much but the lady was very sweet on the phone, I needed the work done ASAP, and considering they are local they seemed more responsive as far as booking me in the timeline that I needed. She said she would keep me informed of the cleaning progress to keep it shorter than 12 hrs worth of work as much as possible since the house was not filthy to begin with. After the work was done I was told the total hrs billed would be over 15 hrs!!! I said what??? that was not the agreement! They were not even at the house for a total of 7.5 hrs! Then she tells me oh that's because they charge PER PERSON of their cleaning crew! Why did she not tell me this from the beginning? Shady! I voiced my objection at this scheme so we did negotiate back down to the original $520 instead of being around the $620 range -- which is ridiculous because she was acting like as if she would work with me about keeping the price below $520. This bad experience with this company is unfortunate because I love to support local small companies as much as I can. They have good potential to be the kind of company that customers stay loyal to due to friendly phone reception and seemingly good quality of cleaning work. But the shocking, unapologetic, shady pricing tactics put a real sour taste in my mouth about how this company does business. If you have all the money in the world go ahead and hire this company.
