Our A/C stopped working around 12pm today and they came out looked at it and Doug had the replacement part with him and fixed it on the spot...Air is blowing cold now!!! GREAT! FAST! HONEST! FRIENDLY! service!!!!

I can see why others gave this company 5 stars, I felt not knowing what was wrong with our air conditioning that I was going to have pay an arm and a leg, but I think this is a Christian company they were really honest as the day is long, great service, the technician was really knowledgable, we have hula practice today so know our dancers Are good to be happy!!!! Very courteous and explained everything very well. They didn't even charge me for the trip. Now that is service. When I am ready for a new AC I will definitely call them.

Called Cucco's on Friday to get a quote on some a/c work I wanted done. Got a quote in minutes. Shelby came out Monday morning and installed a new drain line, replaced capacitor and contactor for fan motor in just a short time. Will call them if I ever need a/c work done.

The technician was on time. He was very courteous/professional and was dressed appropriately to call on customers. He kept us well informed of every action he would be taking and explained all costs ahead of time.

My experience was great with Cucco Air Conditioning. I put in a request for someone to come out, they were very prompt in their response. They assessed our air conditioner, gave us some options for repair, no pressure on a sale. We ended up buying a new system. Everything is working great my how now is cool. I would recommend Cuccos for your AC needs.

They had to come back to fix something that may have been either overlooked or just broke after their original repair but they did so quickly & cheerfully & at no extra charge.

I called Cucco's when my 14 year old system quit cooling. Chris said I needed a new system. I hired them to replace the units. After a shoddy installation, I called Chris with my concerns. He agreed to have the work repaired but sent the same person back who had done the work wrong in the first place. This person did not speak English well and didn't understand most of what I said. He corrected some of the problems but I still had to go back and fix some things myself. Chris did agree to extend the warranty. I feel ambivalent about the experience.
