Fast response. Was there when they said they would be and did what they were asked to do.

Cucco's (Shelby) was able to come out same day, on time, and professional. He was upfront and honest with me from the start. I have a 40+ year old AC unit and explained he would definitely get it working and suggested replacement. I've heard that a few times in the past (AC gets serviced every 6-8 months) and figured I was going to get treated like I have been in the past - like I had money hidden in the couch. Shelby was able to get me a very fair and reasonable estimate for upgrading and improving my service within my house. I did end up electing to get a new unit and all the trappings with Cucco's considering the money I've already spent over the last 2 years - and I felt his estimate and explanation was fair and reasonable. So - I've got a new unit with all the trappings being installed in 2 days and financing approved and paperwork signed! Highly Recommend Cucco's and you won't find better, honest, and personable people!

I contacted Cucco's Air after receiving the referral from Homeadvisor.com. The lady I initially spoke with on the phone was quite helpful and offered a few troubleshooting tips to help with my A/C problem (outside fan would not come on) before setting an appt. She then offered to send someone out that same day to look at the problem but we scheduled for the following day. The tech contacted me before coming to confirm appointment. He was friendly and punctual, located the problem and replaced the part in a matter of 5-10 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

The technician was good but they tried to charge me almost double for the work. i negotiated the rate to a reasonable level and they did a good job fixing the problem. they were prompt and could come out much quicker than my regular guy so a premium was understandable

I had the AC go out. I got a call from Doug 10 minutes after I turned in my request. He said he'd be there in an hour. He was wrong, it was an hour and 3 minutes. He found the problem quickly, fixed it, and said that today's service would be covered if I was part of their yearly service plan. Done! Sign me up.

When my AC quit, I contacted 2 AC companies. Cucco's AC came within 3 hours to give a second opinion and repaired my AC for $120, after I had gotten a quote for $1100 from another company. I was am so grateful for the honest, prompt service! We will always return to Cucco's for AC repair or new units! thank you Cucco's! It's great to find an honest, reasonable company!

We were very impressed with the quality of work,and how fast they arrived ,infact they had to call me to let me know they were a my gate a total of 30 minuets. I am so glad that all it was, was a compasitor and not the fan service was great. We would recomond them a 100 % they were very kind and plesant and know what they are doing. Cucco's actually give an abundance of information/recommendation that other A/C companies did not give. My A/C system is running better, more efficient. I would hire them again for my next A/C project.

Cucco's was great when I needed to get someone local to validate that my air conditioners were functioning correctly. I hadn't done the routine maintenance in years and they were very responsive, professional, and timely in getting over here to get me taken care of.

Shelby (owner's son) was young but extremely polite, knew (and explained) the problem and fixed it on the spot for a reasonable amount.
