The response was great, their technician showed up in a relatively short time. Within an hr my AC problem was fixed. I think the price was also great, I paid a total of $ 300 which covered diagnosti fee, service and motor replacement. My AC is working great.

Excellent customer service - these folks really know the meaning of customer service. Returned my initial Service Magic e-mail with a phone call within 5 minutes and this was at 12:15 at night on a holiday Friday evening!!!! Arrived at my house at 8:00 am the next morning. They installed a "loaner" AC compressor until our new unit arrived (no charge) after the holiday. Courteous and knowledgeable installation crew. I've shared the Cucco name and phone number with a number of our friends...it's reassuring to know you can call someone reliable in an emergency. Family owned business.

The gentleman came out within an hour of being called. He showed up on a holiday weekend, and could have taken us to the cleaners. He was honest and repaired the a/c within an hour. I can't say enough good things about him. I will use his services again and will recommend him to all of my friends!

Was on time with the estimate appointment. They were very honest about the work that was needed and gave me a no hassle price quote without any sales pressure. Completed the work efficiently and cleanly.

The rescheduled appointment was messed up. Suppose to be at the house no Monday, showed up on Tuesday and no one was there to let them in. The job was completed on Friday and by chance I was home. I normally work outside the home on week days.

Sunday afternoon, noticed leak in ceiling from A/C unit. Cucco's contacted me almost immediately after my on-line contact through Service Magic. Doug called, then Chris called about the problem and Chris was able to be at our home within and hour. Found problems with drain in both A/C units, unplugged them and got the units back operating properly. Outstanding and fast service at a very reasonable cost for a Sunday afternoon. Highly skilled. Would recommend them for both new and service.

quick and quality installation when needed most

Service was excellent. Even came out Sunday afternoon. The price was good. Installation appears excellent from the look, but there is no way of knowing for sure until the system has a chance to run for a while.

Cucco's Air came out within 2 hours of me calling. The repairman was extremely polite and knew what he was doing. Their rates were cheap but the service was excellent. I plan to have my AC replaced in a few months and I will definitely be calling Cucco's again!
