Cucco's Air Conditioning & Heating

The service I received from Cucco's Air Conditioning & Heating was impeccable. My A/C unit went out unexpectedly, and needed to be replaced, and I had obtained other estimates from other companies, and the ir prices were just unaffordable. My credit is not the best, and I asked Cucco's about financing options, and they orginally referred me to a finance company, in which I knew I would not be approved for...so, they personally made arrangement with me, and set up an affordable payment plan. They requested a small downpayment, and my A/C was installed within hours. I spent 3 days without an A/C in the Texas heat...and Cucco's was a lifesaver

They called me right back that evening and came out the next day and got it done.......Excellent!!!!!!!

Doug came out quickly and checked things out- and then didn't treat me like an idiot when it was something very, very minor (so embarrassing!). He was fast and courteous and I will use him for any of my a/c furnace concerns in the future. Thank you, Doug- you ROCK!

came out and offered a free quote same day i called and was willing to come out after work for the quote. Chris was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. was patient with all me while i asked many questions. always provided a thorough response to all my questions. provided three options for us to decide on depending on our budget. we were able to schedule the install quickly within a day or so. everything was well done. only complaint is that when they blew out the ducting, they didn't cover our furniture and didn't clean up what was blown out - not that it was a large mess (just some hand vacuuming) just unexpected

Cucco's came early in the morning, as agreed on, found the problem immediately and fixed it as soon as possible. Doug was superb in his workmanship, courtesy, and skill. I have signed up for their maintenance program after this excellent service.

I received A/C service from Cuccos A/C and Heating Company, I received great A/C service. Doug was prompt and professional. He explained the problem with the air conditioner. The job was done in under an hour. Doug left the appearance of the A/C area better than is was when he arrive. I will definitely call Cuccos A/C and Heating Company in the future.

Due to my lack of experience I was expecting the worst. My house was not cooling and in this heat I was prepared to do whatever it took to fix. Not only did Chris (service tech) troubleshoot my problem but he did not take advantage of me. It was ean easy fix and when it came time to pay he didnt even charge me. Cucco's is one of the most honest and cost friendly businesses in the market. If only more people were so genuine in todays world. I have found the only AC company I will ever need. They educated me, were completely honest and did not even charge me when they could have had me over a barrel. Thank you. A+ company!!!

My mother-in-laws air-conditioner went out on Monday. With the 100+ heat it was imperative to get it fixed. Cucco's was there in 45 minutes after the call, had the air-conditioner fixed in 15 minutes. The tech, Doug, was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Complete A/C replacement done. Everyone was on time. Work was done on time. Price was as quoted. All staff seemed very knowledgable. Clean up was good. 2 call backs were required. 1 item Chris noticed initially and it was missed on the day of the A/C instal, duct needed sealing. Second was to instal new thermostat that was missed on instal day. The tech also found a wire crossed to the thermostat. Bedrooms are still warmer than we like but tech advised we need to instal additional ducts to correct this issue. Rating is a 4 due to the 2 call backs and a strange call to verify CC charges after they had already been charged to card.

I recommend Doug to anyone in need of A/C repair service. Doug was prompt and was able to fix my A/C in under an hour and when you meet him you can tell he's honest. Thank you Doug
