I was very impressed with Doug and his crew. Even though the project didn't start when it was supposed to it was finished when it was supposed to. The guys even went back in a swept the floor when they were done. Great job. Doug also rescued my mother-in-law last summer during the 105 days and drought. Thanks a million. Over all great experience! I am very picky, I think they could have done a little better on the finish work (hide all wires properly), other than that great work. After job was complete i had to call them out, the thermostat was not configured properly and the 2nd stage compressor would not come on. I called and they were in my driveway in less than 30 min, that speaks volumes for me.

I am very pleased with their proficient and professionals service. I like the way they finished in just one day. I will be telling my neighbors about them. The cost was so good I tried to beat their price and I couldn't. I'm sold.

Cucco men did a grat installation job Two areas that came up after they left 1. TV's hooked up to the DISH satilight did not work Had to call DISH guy out to reset satablight dish 2. When the gas was turned off Pilot light went out on hot water heater They did not relight it Everything else was great bob lanser Beach City, Texas

Some things were missed on the initial call but they were all corrected on the second call.
