Cucco's Air Conditioning & Heating

We are very pleased with the system that was installed! The men were professional, courteous, on time and very efficient. The owner wanted us to be happy with all of the work done before paying him. We will be recommending Cucco's to anyone who askes us!

I hired Chris for a second opinion regarding the my downstairs A/C compressor, that a technician from another company had told me was not repairable. Chris ahowed up on time, and was very knowledgeable and honest. He knew that I was prepared to get an estimate for an entire new system, but instead, he quickly diagnosed what was wrong, and had my A/C up and running in less than 1 hour.

FIRST: I'm VERY PLEASED with the service from CUCCO'S! They called right away after I submitted the request on service magic. Chris came out at the time promised and after quick explanation of my concerns went right to work. He checked everything and informed me the system checked out good and was doing as good of a job as can be expected for a 15 year old system. Chris then gave me several tips on things I could do to help the system be more efficient and when I asked he gave estimates for some things he could do. The prices were fair and I will likely have them come out and perform a couple of those items to make it more efficient.

Technician named Chris came out and had a look at my unit and had it up and running in 20 min. Excellent service

I will definitely use Cucco's for all future AC/Heating Service. Our second floor AC unit stopped working, with outdoor temps at 106. Cucco's was the only company willing to send someone immediately to help us. Doug was honest, gave us a fair price and got our unit working in no time. He arrived very shortly after our SOS call went out. We even have a warranty on the work which is great. We are so thankful that we won't have to endure another day of being baked alive in this hot Houston weather. Than you Cucco's and ServiceMagic!

Cucco's was great at first but then needed to come back for follow-up work and was a no call/no show. Disappointing. We were impressed with the customer service until that point. We will be hiring a different company to complete the work.

They did great work, cleaned up after the work was done.Work was completed in a timely manner. Only thing, I had to call a couple fo times to get the warranty papers.

I had another company come out first, and then had Cucco's come out later that same day. Boy am I glad I did. The serviceman was very polite. Very informed and knowledgable about my AC. I had told him that I wantd to get a couple of estimates. If i had made the appointment with Cucco's first, there would not have been a need for anyone else to come out. I will most definately call Cuccos First and Only for my AC repair or replacement in the future!!!!! they have a client for life as long as they keep up the Great Customer Service!!!!

I notified Service Magic at 7am on a Sunday morning to report that my outside air conditioning unit was not functioning. I received a call back within 30 minutes from Cucco's Air Conditioning and Heating. They were at my house by 9am and the problem was resolved by 9:45am. Unbelievable service. Knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use their services in the future and will definitely recommend them to associates.
