I was very pleased with the service that Cucco's provided. I would recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning service

Cucco's did not show up the day of the appointment. Never received a call to say they could not make the appointment. I called on Monday, to let Cucco's know I was very dissatisfied for not receiving a call back. The admin said that they could come on the next day at no charge. Cucco's did show up the next day right on time. Chris was very apologetic and got right to work on my A/C. Chris explained everything to me, never felt like I was being taken advantage of�since I am a women. Friday night, Memorial weekend at 7:20 p.m. call Chris and he came right out to fix the fan motor in A/C. Otherwise, would have all "5's".

Excellent experience. Their price was amazing low. They replaced the compressor and replaced the freon. There did end up with a tiny leak in the line that caused the AC to stop cooling. They came right back and fixed that at no charge! Very good customer service. I would use them again!! Their price was so much lower than the other companies.

I had another AC company come out and I told them I wanted the AC unit fan replaced because it was making a very loud noise. The system is only 6 yrs old and the technician who came at 5pm was very tired and told me that my system was old and leaking coolant and needed to be upgrade to the new 410-a coolant and my parts were not available. After a $89.00 payment and was told I needed a new $5000.00 system I called Cucco's they came out the next day and checked the system out no leaks and replaced my AC fan at a reasonable repair bill. I'am glad that I found an AC company that is honest and I can trust.

They were 1st to call and were very quick to come over and check on the problems with our AC. They came out the next day to do the repair/install and showed up on time!!!! Yay! It's hard when you have to take off of work and then contractors doesn't show on time, not the problem with Cucco's Air....very Prompt! We felt they were very helpful and honest. We will be calling them again for any and all AC/Heating needs! A+++.

I needed a second honest opinion about my need for a new AC unit. The technician was professional, helped me understand the situation of my unit, and was pleasant to talk to. I found out that I don't need a system now, but I consider that as I need service in the future I will get a fair price and quality work from this company.

Well folks on Saturday around noon I noticed I was having an AC problem. I went to my Service Magic/Home Advisor account and found Cucco's AC & Heating Company listed. I entered the issue I was having in detail on the website. I was immediately contacted by Chris LaValley with Cucco's AC & Heating and was assured I would be taken care of on Saturday. Chris arrived at my residence and he was very professional, polite and concerned in helping me get my issue resolved. Chris diagnosed the issue and repaired my AC unit within about 15 minutes. I am so pleased that I had the opportunity to work with such a professional company and technician.

The whole central AC and Heating system was replaced and they did a pretty good job, particularly the one who handled the AC outside unit. Just the paper word was bit lagging that I had to call a month later to remind them to send me the invoice and the warranty certificate.

Overall Cucco's did a great job. They were on time, completed the work in a timely fashion and did an excellent job. The only hickup we had was negotiating the price. Chris was very accomodating though and was open to negotiations. I feel like we got a good deal overall. I would recommend Cucco's to anyone needing a complete install.

I received a call from the company within seconds of processing my request. They were able to send a representative out the same evening and the installation was completed the following morning. I was very pleased with the promptness of the service!

The installation group arrived, as scheduled - called ahead, if running late and gave time, to anticipate their ariival. They were courteous and cleaned up their work area - better than anticipated. No complaint here.

Chris came out, found the problem quickly. He was in the area and it was just a simple fuse, so replaced it for free.
