Chris,the tech was punctual,friendly,professional. Found loose wire, tightened wire nut.NO CHARGE. You kidding me? Two other professionals thought I needed to replace condenser at a cost of between $1600 and $2100. Breathing a prolonged sigh of relief. Excellent experience.

I used to work in the HVAC industry and had just received a very high price quote from the "friend of a friend" company. My challenge was that I lived 1,000 miles away and am preparing my mother's home to sell after her passing. It was great working with Cucco's. He was very accomodating to my schedule. His team came in to replace two ac units. They were each professional, fast, efficient and I felt comfortable that they understood what they were doing. I would easily recommend them for anyone that wants to get their unit up and going quickly.

Great experience. Did not "push" their products and were very informative about what to expect (timing, cost, warranties, etc) ... and held to their cost estimate (no unexpected "overages").
