Came when they said they would. Gave free estimate. Explained problem. Would definitely use them again.

They checked my heating unit , found nothing wrong at this time and did not charge anything , not even a service charge . I am calling them back as soon I have the problem come up again.

I would like to say that my experience with this company was better than any air conditioning company I have ever had come out to our house, which unforntunately has been many. Mr. Mendez Jr. not only fixed our problem, he was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly, while working in the heat at night. He was kind, honest, and straight forward. I don't put my name out there for anyone, but I will for these guys. Cross my heart, their the best! Thanks a million. Quickly and accurately diagnosed issue and we're sent a crew out right away. Only issue was with language barrier once Martin left the job and had to talk with techs he left behind. They did have issue with 120v wire touching 50v thermostat which caused panel to short out and start smoking. They did recognize their mistake after a little time and replaced panel at no expense to me.

Cucco's A/C & Heating Co. is a great hire. There customer service is friendly and there work very sufficent. There employee (Martin) was very commited about the job. I will surely recommend this company to anyone needing this perticular service. They also came out & finish on the same day.

Called them on a hot Saturday morning with no A/C on the second floor of my home. They came out at 10:30 and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. They did such a good job, I hired them to add an additional A/C unit. As a professional engineer, I am hard to please and always expect a great job which is exactly what they did. I highly recommend Cucco's.

Fast service. Sloppy with paper work. I let them do the work because I needed it done, two installers showed up with the item ready to install but didn't bring the paper work as promised, they drove about an hour to do the job so I didn't want to send them back, the installers said it was a 16 seer item, but it said 14.5 on label. The office emailed me correction after we agreed on 16 seer price. Any way, they took care of the problem and so far so good. I checked online and the unit is registered for warranty. Like I said, work was good, but the paper work and negotiation was kind of sloppy.

The owner came out himself since all of his technicians were busy. I mentioned I had to leave by a certain time so he made sure he was done in a timely manner. He was very professional & nice. He made sure I was satisfied, great customer service!

They were the only company to respond in the needed time frame. When delayed, I received a call to update the status. The service tech provided potential solutions without once trying to upsale. The work was done quickly and explained properly. He answered all questions to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to call them when pricing a new system.

We found out our AC system was not working at 7 PM, just after dinner. Of the references provided by homeadvisor, Cucco's was on the only one that immediately called back that evening. Even though the company is based in Dayton, TX, they have people "all over." Cuccos called at 7:30 PM, a technician arrived by 8 PM, and by 8:30 PM, the system was up and running again. I subsequently verified the part installed (a capacitor) was the correct size. I also found out the part they used was no cheapie piece of crap, but a well engineered and somewhat expensive replacement. I'm very happy!
