Hello, I'd like to start off by saying Angie's list has been going through some changes. I did not get notification of this review until yesterday Friday the 10th or I would have responded as soon as it posted. With that being said, If you felt that the job was rushed and the carpet didn't get cleaned to your satisfaction, All you had to do was give us a call, we would have came back out free of charge, looked over the entire job with you. If any areas didn't look clean enough for your standards. We would have graciously re-cleaned the concerned areas or the whole job just to make you happy. We strive for costumer satisfaction, this is our #1 creed and we like to keep our standards high. By doing this we need communication from you, if you are not pleased with something, This way we can have the opportunity to make things right, and to especially make you happy by providing you with a cleaner, healthier tomorrow by given you the best carpet cleaning ever.
