Amazing job!

They did a very good job. I thought that they were exceptional on price. They were $150 less that other companies. They showed up on a timely basis with a large crew of people that cleaned my house. My only concern is that only one of the employees spoke English and I had to locate the employee who spoke English to communicate. I had them go back and do a few more things after I inspected, but they had no troubles with it. They did an exceptional job.

They were just awful. They did not show up with as many people as they said they were going to, but they were on time. My home is 1900 sq feet. I told them they didn't have to clean the three bedrooms and everything still wasn't done. Part of the problem was that there was damage done while they were dusting some picture frames and they broke. They never came to me and told me. I had to call them and that wasn't right. I thought they charged way too much money for the work that they did. They also will only use their own supplies and would not use my vacuum cleaner. I would never use their services in the future.

I had first called another compnay but they never called back, so when I called The Maids I was afraid they wouldn't be able to work me in but they did. The Maids crew arrived on time and got to work quickly, all over the house. There was a crew of four people, then the supervisor came, too, and she helped to be sure everything was being done, and that everything I wanted and needed was done. She also explained the other services they do and I will have them back in a few weeks to clean carpets and clean all the windows inside and out. I'm very happy with the job they did. They cleaned things I haven't been able to get clean---the handles in my bathtub look like new! They were dull before, and looking rather sad and in need of help or replacing. And the porcelain sink in the kitchen is cleaner than ever, too. They did all the work in about 2 1/2 hours which was great. I would reccommend them to anyone.

I recently had hardwood floors installed in my home and at the completion we experienced a lot of dust throughout the house. Additionally, it has been quite some time since our last Spring Cleaning session. Therefore, I contacted "The Maids of DFW" through Angie's List. After speaking to Jona, it was an easy choice of which maid service I was going to utilize. Jona is a very professional, competent project manager/owner, whose knowledge and confidence was extremely impressive. We agreed to a deep thorough house cleaning including baseboards and blinds. We agreed the crew would arrive on Friday between 8:30 - 9:00. At 9:05, I received a phone call from the Lead Maid, Memo, indicating he was running late. He stated his GPS could not locate my street. I reiterated the spelling and he said the GPS located the address and he would arrive shortly. They arrived at 9:20, the delay in start time did not adversely affect me, as I was off the entire day. The cleaning was above average, but not outstanding. The crew did a good job, but for the price, they fell short of my expectations (paying $430, $480 less Angie's List discount of $50) for 3 hours of cleaning is extremely expensive. In fairness to the "Maids" I was informed of the price prior to contracting the service, but I expected a higher level of cleaning than received. It is difficult to explain my disappointment, the cleaning just fell short of the level expected for the price. Therefore, unless you are extremely pressed for time, cleaning your own home or shopping for better prices may be a better option. Note: Upon arrival, the Lead Maid could spend some time explaining the process. All in all, the Maids did clean my house well, it just fell short of my expectations for the price. Sorry, the service is not worth the amount charged. UPDATE: The Maids returned and cleaned my entire house for no charge. This crew did an amazing job, exceeding our every expectation. The owner of the Maids runs a class operation. I can assure I will use this company again and refer any one who will listen me. Great job Maids - you made everything right and beyond.

Chose them because they had good reviews on Angie's List. They have several people that come to clean and they perform the job pretty quickly.

They were very prompt in calling me after I put in a request for a quote online. The lady who called me was very polite and competent. I explained what I was looking for and she quoted me a price of $160/hr for four cleaners and said it would take 1-2hrs. They called the day before to confirm the date and time. The next morning the crew showed up at 8:45 (they were supposed to be there between 8:30-9), but there were only three people there. I didn't think too much about it at first, but when it got to three hours and they were still working, I started to worry. One of the ladies told me they needed 30 more minutes and that they would have to charge me more for it. I asked if there were supposed to be four people and she said yes, but they were only going to charge me for three. I was relieved, but it still ended up taking them almost 4 hours to clean. I knew when I got the quote that it would probably take a little longer than she suggested, but I was surprised it took that long. Over all I felt like they did a very good job. At first glance it didn't look that much more clean than when I do it my self, but on closer inspection, they did some deep cleaning. However, there were a few things they didn't do which I had expected they would (like the cobwebs around the lights in my bathroom). Probably the thing I was most impressed with was that there was absolutely no chemical smell in my house when they were done. I'm really sensitive to strong chemicals and nothing they used bothered me at all. I was happy with the job they did and they ladies who came to my house were very nice and hard working, but I can't afford to pay $400 to have my house cleaned.

I hired The Maids to deep clean my house to make it sparkle for showings (house is for sale). At $145 per hour, they were the most expensive company I called but I hired them because of the good reviews on Angies List and they were available on the day I needed. A team of 4 arrived within the time slot scheduled and worked for 3 hours. I asked them to concentrate on the lower level of the house, especially the floors. Most of the areas looked good but they were not as thorough on the floor areas by the front door, office & master bathroom as I expected. I contacted the company and we worked out a resolution that was satisfactory.

Great experience, will definitely recommend them to everyone I know looking for this type of service.

They have been nothing but exemplarily. They usually come in groups of four. I usually try to leave if I am hone when they come so I am not in their way. They are always polite and nothing but nice. They always ask if there is something new or something that they missed last time. My house is not the tidiest place, but I will come home and they have things stacked neatly. They are able to get everything dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and cleaned in an hour. After I had used them for 6 months, they called and offered to clean out my fridge or stove for free. They ended up doing both for me, instead of just one which was really nice. They are a little bit more expensive than my pervious housecleaner, but it's well worth the cost. I can't say enough good things bout them.

The work has turned out very good. I have been using them for years.

Went very well. Four people come, so they finished my 2400 sq foot home in a little over an hour. The first time they came they did a deep cleaning, which took about 2 hrs. They use their own products, but you can specify special requirements/requests.

Overall it went well. They contacted me before hand to confirm the appointment, showed up on time and finished in the time quoted on the phone.

I have been extremely pleased with all of their services. They show up at their appointed time and I come back to a house that is cleaner than when we moved in to our brand new home. I know their price is a bit higher than the house cleaners who leave a flyer on your door, but I have always believed that you get what you pay for. They ask each time if there is something specific that I need attended to. The crew leader always come prepared with my file and the helpers go to work as soon as they enter the house.

Everything went great with this company. They may be a little more expensive but the quality of work is excellent. They bring in a crew of four employees and clean a lot more than other companies I have had in the past. I would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use this company.

The service so far as been up and down. They do some things really well but they don’t do some things well at all. Overall, I am satisfied with this company. It really depends on the team you get. I have had some teams that do great and some don’t. It’s the little things that they seem to mess sometimes. I may look for another company to use.

Everything went great. I have been using this company for many years. They are easy to scheduled appointments with. They are very professional and the quality of work is excellent. They may be a little pricey but you will get great service in return. I will continue to use this company.

We have bee very pleased with this company. I have been using this company since 2007. They are very responsive and helpful in communicating with there customers. They are very thorough in there cleaning. They are very professional and easy to deal with. I have recommended this company to others.

Everything turned out really good with this company. They are very organized and know exactly what to do before they walk in the door. They normally will send out the same crew so they know exactly what to do. They even send a supervisor out to check on the work every time. I have been using this company for eight months now. If you have special requests most of the time they can accommodate that. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The company sent 4 women each week and allotted them 52 minutes to clean the house. I had to check behind them every week because they always missed something. The service they provide is NOTHING like what is described on their web site. Generally they were marginally better than most chain maid services, but IMHO, not worth the high cost. I must mention that the first time they came a new worker badly scratched my painted kitchen cupboard doors by using Soft Scrub on them (it was under my sink). The company provides all cleaning products and Soft Scrub isn't one of them. When I called and complained they were apologetic, sent someone out the next day to verify the damage and had all my cupboard doors repainted within 10 days. Over all, my experience with them was good. They were on time, only once asked me if they could come the next day. The women work hard, but the amount of time they were given to finish the job was not enough to do it well.

I love this company. They are so good. The house just sparkles when they're done. It is fragrant and fresh. These people are friendly and courteous in addition to doing top-notch cleaning. I couldn't ask for a better housekeeping service.

First of all, they charged significantly more that any other company that I called. However, I still hired them because I was promised by their rep. that they were the most thorough cleaners. I will admit that I wanted this house to be spic and span, and I was willing to pay for it. It is my first home purchase, and I wanted things to be perfect. When I scheduled the job, I went over in specific detail the parts of the house with which I was most concerned. Despite their assurances that these requests would be addressed, thoroughness was far from what I received. More than anything, it was the lack of attention to detail that upset me. The big, obvious things were cleaned, but the small items were skipped. Even the wood floors still showed dirt when wiped with a damp towel. Despite returning and attempting to address the missed items, the windows, doors, and fans were still dusty.

This company is extremely professional and thorough. The crew wear uniforms and are extremely efficient and polite. They use a 22 step cleaning system and with us having 2 large dogs, and 2 active boys, we need it!

THE INITIAL CHARGE FOR A 2400 SF HOUSE WAS APPROX. $250 (FOR AN EXTENDED CLEANING BY ABOUT SIX PEOPLE), THEN $127 PLUS TAX EVERY TWO WEEKS BY AN ASSIGNED TEAM OF FOUR. WE HAVE SEEN THE SAME PEOPLE ON EACH VISIT, WHICH GIVES ADDED CONFIDENCE. THEY DO A THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT JOB AND BRING THEIR OWN CLEANING GEAR. WHILE THEIR CHARGES ARE SOMEWHAT ON THE HIGH END, WE FEEL THAT THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL MERITS THE COST. THEY FOLLOW THROUGH BY CHECKING BACK TO VERIFY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY CHECK LIST EACH ITEM TO ENSURE COMPLETENESS. THE TEAM IS SUPERVISED BY A *WORKING* MEMBER (NOT SOMEBODY WALKING AROUND WITH A CELL PHONE IN THE EAR, UNLIKE A FEW OTHER SERVICES). THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND ADDRESS ANY ADDITIONAL REQUESTS PROMPTLY.

THERE WERE 4 CLEANING LADIES THAT CAME. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS AND THEY CHARGED 165.00. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND WORKED HARD.
