+ -1 moreThey were here when they said they would be here, but things did not work out well. We usually give the people the products that we use to clean the floors. They didn't want to use that, and they had their own product. It was something that they used with salt and water and did not rinse. There was a film all over the floor. We had to get down on our hands and knees and scrub the floors to get the stuff off. It took us a lot of extra work to get that off. Their price wasn't bad. It seems to be pretty much in line with that of other companies that we have used. There was one person among them who spoke broken English. All the others were either Mexican or Central American and didn't really understand much English. My experience with them wasn't very good. I would not recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: We used Sparkling Kleen for housecleaning.

+ -1 moreArrived on-time, brought their own cleaning supplies, and did a thorough job of cleaning. They were friendly and pleasant. Very respectful of our property and stayed out of our way while we were at home for an hour or so.
Description of Work: Provided house cleaning (vacuumed floors, cleaned bathrooms, cleaned windows, washed some dishes, changed bed linens, swept and mopped kitchen and bathrooms, etc.).

Description of Work: Rick cleaned for 4 hours bi-weekly with a prioritized list from us. He always did a thorough job. Was good with the dogs and always showed up on time.
