Overall, it was a bad experience do to the kitchen cabinets and horrible customer service. It was great until they messed up then poof they are gone!! Do not use them!!
Description of Work: They started off really good but as the project progressed they got lazy and sloppy. By the end of the project they installed kitchen cabinets so bad that the refrigerator will not open now because they installed them to close and crooked! I have called, emailed and texted but Ray has done nothing but avoid me. I would not use or recomend them!! We are in the process of getting a second contractor to estimate the cost to repair his damage. DO NOT USE him!! They will disappear if they screw up!

Never return to give us an estimate or if he could it the job.
Description of Work: Came to measure for a carport and said he would call us back. Never had the courtesy to return call to say if he would or not. He has not come to give estimate or anything. Don't give this guy a call....

Another great job by Rival! We used them in the past for another job and yet again, we were not disappointed! Ray and his team are top-notch and provide the highest quality service. Well done!!
Description of Work: Complete remodel of upstairs guest bathroom. Removed old vanity, shower stall and fixtures. Updated plumbing and electric, installed new shower/tub combo, replaced toilet and relocated window. Installed beadboard, textured walls and painted.

I cannot say enough good things about Rival Remodeling- the job was superb from start to finish! Ray and his crew arrived on-time, got the work done and stayed exactly on budget. We are very pleased with our new fence and flower beds- we will definitely be using them again for future remodeling jobs!
Description of Work: Removed old fence and installed 8-foot Cedar Fence with cap & rotboard (190 linear feet), Installed flower beds and landscaping, painted exterior window trim.
