+ -1 moreI wanted to talk with her about one of the shrubs I paid $150 for and I can't reach her. She transplanted some plants and I had questions about watering. I wanted to keep them healthy and had questions about some of the signs the plants were exhibiting (like brown leaves etc). She claims to be a master gardener. She may be a master gardener but I find her totally irresponsible. If you agree to do a job you should keep your word about what you say you are going to do. She said three times that she'd be out and she's never come out.
Description of Work: She came out and made some recommendations for landscaping around my house. I hired her to do the work that I approved of and I paid her for the job. I had three questions and I could not get a hold of her. She e-ailed me two weeks after I had been trying consistently to reach her and said she'd been on vacation and that she would call or come out. I have never heard from her since. She bought and brought over some shrubs and plants and material to improve the quality of the soil.
