I am sending this report in because this is a fraud company. A sales rep called me sometime in December, 2008 and I called him back on the 3rd day because I canceled this account. After I thought about it I did not want to trust this company. When I received a package from them a week or so later I refused the package at the post office and the post office sent it back to them. I was assured the sales rep canceled the account so when I got the bill I called the company again and they told me they had not received the package back and could not cancel the account. Then I received another letter in February 3, 2009 saying I owe $922.22. I have never got on their site or done anything with them except try to stop this billing. This company seems to be unsteady and when I asked to speak to someone who is in charge the Customer Service person, Marva, refused to let me talk to anyone and was very rude. Also, the address is a post office box number and mailed to the airport in Texas. Wanted to report in case other people are having a problem with this company.
