The installer called the day the windows were to be installed and said he couldn't make it because he wasn't feeling well. Later that day, the project manager called to ask if I was pleased with the installation. It took her by surprise to learn her installer didn't make it. Two days later he arrived, but when he left I saw that the flashing wasn't done. It took three weeks- after a number of calls from me and no return calls from them- to get the installer back to complete the job. Although everything looks fine now, I would never use them again.

The windows look great! Hope to see improvement on the next few electric bills! This was a very good experience, and I can say that I was totally happy with the project from the bid to the final cleanup after completion. The price was hefty, but replacing windows is just not a cheap thing to do. Plus, it's not something you want to cut corners on. Overall, I think the price was fair.
