They are very honest and do good work.

We used them for several years and liked them a lot, but we found another place nearby not as close as them but here in our neighborhood that is quicker and less expensive. They are a small operation. They are very honest though. We had no issue with integrity or honesty, but their methodology, things to be, every repair or every maintenance thing has a fee, and it is just what it is even if you already had the car in for something else. The fee is still the same no matter whether they already had the engine out or not. That is the way they do business, and I do not have any issue with that. If I took my car in to get the oil change, I would have to leave it all morning. They were willing to drive you home and pick you up without extra charge though. Everything just took longer because they are a small operation. Sometimes, that was okay because we were within walking distance from their shop, so, most of the time we just walk. Compared to the shop we are using now, they get us in and out within a day almost always even on major repairs; we have been please with the work that they had done, and if they found something that needed to be addressed while they were doing something else, they would take care of it.

Overall it went great. They are great to work with. I don’t remember the amount I spent. I feel the pricing is reasonable. Their service manager is a girl and she talks in a language that I can understand. She is not a mechanic but she understands enough about vehicles that she can explain them in layman terms. They are good with hauling, estimates and updates. They just take good care of us. I was on the road grabbing my mom home one time and one of the engines light came on. The place that I was taking my mum to had lots of small towns on the way, so the engine light came on. I got onto the phone with my husband and my husband got onto the phone with the service manager. She’s the one that we interact with the most. She found us an auto service which was closest to where we were. She told me what to have them checked. It all turned out to be fine. She was doing that through some code in the car. They are just very accessible. They are friendly. They are thorough. They did a repair on a vehicle that they had not worked on before. So it was sort of a learning experience for them. When they discovered that they did fix the problem, they re-did it at their cost which was fairly significant. It was over a $1000 worth of significance. They are not cheap and they are not dealer expensive either. They are honest. I would use their services again in the future.
